This is the second time I placed an online order that an item was canceled. I clicked both times to substitute any item. The last time, they made it right. This time, the manager lied to my face that there was nothing she could do. Which is a lie. She had the capability to re ring my items and adjust accordingly. This is Christmas shopping I'm trying to do for my nursing home residents. Why would I ask to substitute only 6 out of 7 items? Why would I not want to substitute a toothbrush. Everything had to be bought at the same time. When you cancel a single item, the whole order ends up costing a lot more.

I had an excellent experience with CVS! The staff was friendly and efficient, making my visit seamless. Overall, I am very satisfied with CVS and will continue to rely on their services for my health and wellness needs. Highly recommend!

I’ve been shopping at the store on the corner of Gandy and MacDill, in South Tampa for five years. I’ve never been disappointed, in fact its always a pleasure to shop there. When you factor in the coupons, sales and general savings, it’s a great place to shop.

The manager (I think Amanda is her name) and lady who was working the photo section went above and beyond to ensure that my order that I needed got completed in time same day. It was for a funeral and so was very last minute and they went to another local store to get a few things that they didn't have in stock for same day on this particular day. I can't say enough how thankful I am for them on this day and how it really meant so much to me to see such great people in the world today. Thank you very much!

Last night I had the worst customer service experience ever, after the machine had problems and took my $10 reward, the employee tried to charge me, I doubt the machine took my coupon and both employees called me a liar, why join the CVS care program? When I decide to use it I have a bad time and service from the CVS team

Every month I get dozens of emails from CVS claiming I’m eligible for some nice discount. Yet, when I shop at CVS and enter my phone number at the cash register: no discount! CVS tracks my every purchase using my phone number. Why can’t they award me every discount they promise using that same phone number?
