Not a well functioning store or pharmacy. I can't tell you the details ....because people would get fired. But my customer experience was very poor. I do not recommend this place.

Terrible pharmacy. Told me to come back in an hour because they didn’t have the prescription ready and then closed in an hour. So had to go home again. They can keep it.

The lightskin male cashier always has a attitude. There are other jobs out there if you're that unhappyYanelis and Roxana always go above and beyond when I visit the store. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. CVS is lucky to have them both as employees

Closed the doors at 10:30pm even though sign says 11pm. We got into town and needed a few toiletries. No such luck.

The cashier Max only gives good customer service to those who speak Spanish. Waited 30 minutes in line with only one person ahead of me.

I stopped by to drop some items at their UPS drop point. From what I read I could return items there. As I tried to explain to the clerk man who was there about the purpose of my visit, he told me it was not possible. I suggested they reword the description they had online regarding the services they provided ..and this man just cut me off saying they didn't have to change anything. I couldn't believe how rude this man was. Not only this location looks very filthy but it also had this kind of attitude. I strongly recommend going somewhere else for whatever you need. I e of most unpleasant experiences I had in a while

I was turned away for covid and influenza testing, even after uploading my insurance online and selecting the option for both. The pharmacy tech asked me if it was "commercial" insurance. I replied no, it's personal insurance. She then told me that flu testing isn't an option, even though it was while booking the appointment online. She then told me I had to reschedule my appointment, and that they couldn't do either test. Rude, misinformed, lack of active listening skills. Will not return and I strongly advise avoiding this location for all services.

Due to my insurance, I am required to transfer my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS. I transferred the prescriptions and asked for refills. They refuse to fill one prescription until my doctor confirms the dosage. The pharmacist insists my dosage is wrong and she won’t fill it until my doctor calls her. Three days have gone by with no progress I run out of medicine in 2 days.
