This is an updated review because the last one that I wrote was very negative. I think I just happen to have come on a day where they were busier than normal because after dealing with my local Walgreens…This CVS is amazing by comparison. They do not take my insurance and I still choose to fill some prescriptions here because my local Walgreens never has them in stock.

Always open. Very helpful and attentive staff. Disregard negative reviews. This place is great and the people who work there are awesome.
Because the pharmacy is very busy, they have a no-nonsense policy of not taking phone calls, but they WILL call you back shortly if you leave a message. This is the system, it works well (I have left messages a few times and they always reach out back shortly). People complaining in the reviews seem unable to follow these simple instructions… so they should go somewhere else. If you are able to cope with simply leaving a message and waiting for one hour tops for them to reach out to you, then the pharmacy will be perfect.

This pharmacy has become poorly managed. They keep giving incorrect information and losing prescriptions. It's unfortunate as I've used this pharmacy for at least 25 years but when your doctors start asking why they have to refill prescriptions repeatedly there's an issue.

Myla (sp?) at the drive through pick up window went over and beyond to find me savings on an astronomically priced simple medication that no one else could seem to figure out in the past. She is an asset to the pharmacy. Thank you so much!

This location is the absolute worst. Received a flu shot and they said it was free. Needless to say i was shocked to receive an $85 bill and when i asked to have it waived they told me to fly a kite and that they did not care if i was customer for over 3 decades and spent thousands there a year. Roaches spotted in food aisle as well a few weeks ago. Avoid this place at all costs!

Received a flu shot in early Jan at this location and was told over and over it was FREE. Then i receive a bill from my insurance company for $85. Complete bait and switch. Spent 3hrs on phone with customer service and they refused to waive the charge and went as far to say "we don't care if you stay our customer as we have more than enough customers". Needless to say I will never step foot in a CVS again after that comment. Was a customer since early 1990's. Avoid this location at all costs

Lost all my photos on my camera that i tried to get printed, and wouldn’t admit to it. 10+ calls of them just saying they still have to print them. I went in several times too over the course of 4 MONTHS. Never got my photos and it was always some vague excuse. Terrible, don’t go to print photos!!

I am convinced this is the absolute pharmacy to exist. No one is ever available to speak with via phone and in person. It’s a complete headache trying to get medication from this place. I will now be using Publix Pharmacy moving forward and recommend you do the same.

My wife,Denise Fletcher & I are new to this CVS. At 0130 today, Jeff RPh confirmed that we made the right decision in switching. After giving us the courteous & knowledgeable assistance we needed Jeff then called us back because it seemed to him that the call was dropped.His manner in providing customer service is exemplary in every way. Jeff never made us feel rushed.So refreshing in contrast after 15+ yrs with a nearby competitor pharmacy.CVS is so very fortunate to have Jeff RPh representing their company.Thanks again,Jeff!Never change.Happy New Year!
