I have always had bad experiences with this CVS location. They never receive the prescription orders on time, or they don't look correctly in the system. They always make me visit multiple times, and only after a couple of arguments do they figure out that the mistake is on their side.
This morning, I had an incident with a prescription order. On June 4th, I went to the pharmacy a couple of times to pick it up. They said they did not receive it, so I thought I should give it some time. However, later that same day, I received a voicemail from the pharmacy stating they had received the order, were working on it, and would call me when it was ready for pickup.
I waited until today but never received any call. When I went to the pharmacy today, they said they did not receive any order and did not call me. I literally showed them the voicemail, and even then, they claimed they didn't know who called. When I asked whose number it was, they said it was their number. What does that mean? Did a ghost call me from the pharmacy without their knowledge? It makes no sense. Later, they figured out that the order got deleted from their system and claimed it was a system issue.
This is the worst location. They never have anything ready on time.
