Waste of time. My doctor called in a scrip for my sick kid, we waited 5 hours and never heard from the pharmacy. We tried to call but had to listen to a voice service that wont let you skip to speak to a real person. After entering or answering half a dozen questions the robot finally said “it seems theres a problem with finding your account” and it said i can then download an app or leave a voicemail. Left a voicemail. Waited another 2 hours. Finally drove up to the empty pharmacy that didnt even seem busy for the employee to tell me. Oh sorry we are out of that medication and we cant answer phones because the whole district has converted to a voicemail only service. If somebody could have been reachable to tell me hours ago i could have tried to get my toddlers prescription elsewhere. Screw u cvs corporate. Hire some people to answer phones. Real people not robots!

I’ve been going to CVS pharmacy over for 15 years the same pharmacist and a lot of the associates that work with them to very busy location but my prescriptions are always ready on time. If not, she’s very seldom is taken care of immediately very happy at this location.

Store opened until midnight so thought I could pick up meds after hours but Pharmacy closed at 6 pm yesterday, I was told by clerk they would be open from 10 to 6 today, got here at 1:30 and they are closed. Apparently they are closed every day from 1:30-2:00 and clerk last night failed to tell me. I don't understand why they have to all go to lunch at the same time and close.

Annoying buzzer blasting throughout store, annoying NYer blasting at register. Self-serve scanner phreak-out over weight of bag, barely any of the usual items on the shelves....just an all-round stressful experience! If this were my 1st CVS experience, would be my last!

CVS bucks to spend so I did an online order for pickup in store. Ordering online was simple and the order was ready quickly. Plenty of parking available. The store was dead when I came in. No staff at the front so had to find someone that was stocking shelves. She quickly helped me get my order and get going. They don't check email or ID, they just want the name on the order and hand over the goods.

This pharmacy has gone above and beyond to continuously work with me throughout my first trimester nausea medications. Whenever I have an issue with either my prescription medications or my doctors filling prescriptions incorrectly they have gone above and beyond to help solve the issue. Every single one of their staff has been extremely patient with me even with my screaming toddler on my hip. Kyle especially always works hard to make sure I am taken care of and I am so beyond grateful for them truly hearing me and continuously working to help me out. They are always running around working so hard with the amount of prescriptions they have and customers coming in for either drop off and pick up and they deserve hearing how awesome they are for working so hard. Kuddos to them and thank you guys for all of your hard work!

These days it's VERY tough to get the most for your money. I don't need to remind you how the price of everything keeps climbing. But, I'm VERY appreciative of CVS Extra Bucks Rewards! Having accumulated some points, I stopped in to buy a dozen eggs. The original price of CVS' brown eggs is $4.59. I would not normally purchase eggs at that price when other retailers are much lower. Here's where CVS Extra Rewards saves the day: using two $2 Extra Bucks points, I only paid FIFTY-NINE CENTS! You read that right, I said FIFTY-NINE CENTS with my $4 CVS Extra Bucks points! And, thanks to Christian who was the only clerk holding down the fort, he was so pleasant and friendly! I'll be sure to stop in at this location more often and be rewarded for shopping! What's not to love?!

I'm over it with this location. My doctor has given me paper scripts now, so I'm changing pharmacies. Pharmacist (or whoever is in charge of ordering) is incompetent. My DAILY prescription is fairly common, yet every 2nd or 3rd time I come over to try and get it, there's some kind of issue. "We don't get that for another 3 days" and "sorry, we're 5 short" are things I've been told MULTIPLE times in the past few years. This week, I came in TWICE to confirm that they had my script in stock. Cut to today: "sorry, we're 2 short." 1 hour and a run around later, I realize that because I have things to do today, my best bet is to just settle with that and go without my DAILY prescription for a few days. Ridiculous. Since my doctor isn't the one sending them the scripts, I'm just switching pharmacies. I don't have the time to deal with this anymore; I'm a working professional now, not the same teenager they were serving when I was in HS and had the same script. Look at Walgreens or a different CVS. The first time they pull this with you will not be the last. UPDATE: Counted how many pills they gave me this morning. There are 30. So they just completely wasted my time. I take a controlled substance, so it feels pretty wild and kind of irresponsible for the count to be off like that.

I have visited many CVS around the area because I loved getting all health products, household, personal care from here because its really convenient. This CVS by far is my favorite. I was helped by Sharon and Maya and they went above and beyond to have outstanding customer service and making sure I got all the products I needed. I will definitely return here

My doctor placed a prescription for me on Thursday, but CVS never called me to say they were ready for pick up. I called on Friday and they said they didn't call me because my insurance is outdated

Sitting in drive through for 20 minutes. There are only 3 cars ahead of me. I called the store and was placed on hold for 15 minutes.
