We’ve been with this location for a little over a year and we’ve had a great experience! Nina gives the absolute best customer service and really is out here to help. We’ve dealt with her multiple times and she’s always gone above and beyond. She even gave my husband a bottle of water when he was moving us in last year, by himself. Definitely recommend this location!

I’ve had rough experiences in other storage facilities from how they treat and speak to customers and this extra space location has by far exceeded my expectations. Nina is the facility manager here, before speaking to her Dave helped me out by showing me my unit and was extremely nice and helpful with my refund when I didnt need a lock due to me having my own. I had further questions and Nina was very knowledgeable and answered and put in work to answer and solve any problems I had concerning my moving situation. Nina has great managerial skills as well as personable life skills and with a keen sense of just knowing when something is off or wrong and she takes initiative to help anyway she can without stepping out of her professional position. Very happy to store my belongings here. It’s also a very clean facility as well. Thank you NINA !!!! You have great customer service.

This storage unit is very nice and very clean . Ms Nina helped me find the perfect space for my belongings . She is very knowledgeable and very helpful and courteous. I love Extra space storage ! The staff is amazing . I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nina from day one! Nina is passionate about helping others and very professional. The storage spaces are of great satisfaction and cleanliness. Location is great as well! I certainly recommended this storage facility. Professional atmosphere and impeccable customer service.

I signed up online and then drove to the store. I met the manager and she was awesome! She made me feel welcomed and wanted and took the time to walk me to my locker to ensure my codes were working and so I could easily find my locker. Highly recommend!!

Nina and Todd are both wonderful people to work with and very professional with a focus on customer service. They made my storage needs simple and safe. Had a wonderful experience dealing with Nina, she made went above and beyond to ensure I get the perfect size storage unit with a protective insurance for my valuables with a lock. She stayed later to conduct the transaction for a same day unit moving. Great rate! Was able to save gas and time from having to purchase packing tape with packing sheets all bulk size one stop shop overall satisfied with phenomenal customer service, courteous, professional, informative and supportive. The unit was clean no smells elevator access with moving carts .Climate control too! It can’t get any easier highly recommended
