Its been a while since I needed a tow, and things have changed. Our tow guy, Art, was extremely polite, professional, and did a great job towing our Toyota Highlander from Linebaugh Ave all the way to Seminole. He showed up at the time I was quoted and had things taken care of right away. Art is an asset to you company and our family appreciates the kindness and professionalism he showed. I would definitely recommend CTS if you need a tow, thanks again.

Jamie Z. is a pure asset to your business. My tire started shredding and he happened to be traveling next to me when it happened on the interstate. Jamie was super kind and assisted with getting me to the shoulder and changed my tire. He was a great conversationalist and put some positivity in a negative moment. These type of people speak volumes for a business. Jamie is my hero!

Made having been in a collision so much less stressful! Accidents and totaling your car is never a pleasant experience and it's often rough getting through the logistics of the aftermath, including finalizing your car as to permission for it to be picked up from the towing yard as well as getting to it to clean it out.But yesterday I was pleasantly surprised by someone named Destiny who was very patient and courteous on the phone, not because she was trained to be, but because it was genuine.She quickly (within minutes) got me through the process of getting a release form sign for the insurance company to pick up my vehicle, she arranged for me to go to the yard and clean it out.When I arrived at the yard, not only were all the vehicles parked neatly and accessibly, the woman there (forget her name) was so warm friendly and helpful, I forgot why I was there practically. It was easy to get in and out having cleaned out the car we tragically lost in an accident.These situations are stressful enough, but to be treated by this (this is coming from a New Yorker originally) with such warmth, courtesy and helpfulness, well I don't know what else to say. Thank you guys so much!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! The lady answered the phone right away and talked me through everything while also calming me down. Helped me figure out the best way to go about getting towed and what to expect. They came WAY faster than expected and the man that did the job called me and let me know everything going on. Yeah another "awesome" towing company, where you get scammed get your vehicle towed in my case a semi truck where driver went to pick up a food came back no truck 500+ $ for 1 h truck being on the yard and no cash only cash!BE AWARE FOLKS YOUR DEALING WITH SCAMMING COMPANY!

I used CTS TOWING today, they gave me a beyond fair estimate for local tow. They arrived within 10 minutes. My driver was Mike, and he was extremely friendly and willing to help. He brought my vehicle to a shop to get new tires. His service was fast, efficient and courteous. I really appreciate this company and most of all Mike for making a nightmare of a day, much easier to get through! Thank you!! 5 stars and I would refer anyone to this company.Service: Car towing

Randy and Bernie are awesome!! I unfortunately got in an accident on the interstate, and Randy showed up quickly. He was very sociable and explained the process.
