This happened to me today, Sunday, September 3, I called around 4:20 pm to get my phone number back since my cell phone had been stolen in the park, and this person who was at the store told me to arrive before the 5th because it closed at that time and well I arrived 15 minutes before the 5th and when I entered she told me that it already closed, I mean 15 minutes before when I had spoken with her 15 minutes before that I was going to go to the store before it closed and Well, he didn't want to serve me, very bad service, how is this possible, very bad service in this place, tomorrow I'm going to go and I hope the supervisor is there

Giovanna has been very good to me!!!! I have had a few issues with different phones an she listened and gave me the best advice each time. The issues weren't her fault, not Cricket's fault not even my fault... But every time she was able to come up with the correct solutions... At first, it was the brand of my phone, then actually the physical phone itself and then I had app issues and we fixed them too!! I love this company tremendously, but because of Giovanna, I know that if anything happens ever again. We can fix it. Excelente Customer Service from Evean and Gio. I go in there all the time to pay my phones and I just love their energy. I just got the new 14, when im telling you they hooked me up with insurance screen protector and a case all for a great price I just had to take the ZIZO Speakers too. #BLACKFRIDAYSALE

The young lady was very pleasant n helpful, my husband was outside with our dog he opened the door to c if I was almost done n the dog ran in the sales rep was playing with him there was no one else in the store, she seems to b an animal lover AWESOME!! Thank u ??
