I would have to say Ed is EXCEPTIONAL...I hate change...it gives me ANXIETY so bad. I drove 20 miles just to see him because of the prior reviews and I am so glad I did....This man deserves all of these 5 stars and then some he made the switch over for all 3 of our lines so EASY!

Ed was closing up for the night looking tired and ready to go home. I asked if he would be able to help me out and sell me a phone. He simply smiled and welcomed me in. I ended up getting one of the quickest and nicest cell phone purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Dude should really get a raise. Lol. Thanks Cricket. And thank you Ed.

Love this location the guy that works in there (Ed) speaks English and Spanish which is helpful . Every time I go in to this store he greets me and other costumers friendly and keeps me posted with different promotions going on . I feel my business is appreciated here I would only ever recommend this location.
