Stopped in the store on Saturday with an exchange.Irina was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional.The store is great and has a good selection.I wish they offered free shipping on online orders over a certain amount. Their shipping is expensive.

I love a good Crate & Barrel store and sale, but this store lacks a lot of the items I wish were available in store and not just online. The staff can be unresponsive even if you're standing at the checkout line. I scheduled a curbside pick up order, but it wasn't clear where to park, later finding out it was around the corner at the side of the building. After using the messaging function and the "I have arrived" option, I waited 10 minutes before deciding to go inside. When I went inside no one was a the register and it took another 5 minutes for a sales associate to assist me. The order wasn't ready or acknowledged for curbside pick up. It's a little frustrating when curbside is offered and it's not being monitored.

Went to look into some dish sets and had a great experience. Jo, was an amazing help!! She helped us find a perfect set and showed us some other great kitchen items we were looking into. Also went upstairs to browse some couches and Hosea helped us for about an hour on countless questions! He was amazing! Looking forward to coming back to buy more for our house.

We visited the Crate & Barrel at International Plaza in Tampa, FL. Jess Saldivar offered her sales services and she was fantastic! Not only was she knowledgeable, she spent time with us coordinating chairs with tables, offering ideas and solutions, and really listened to our concerns. We came away purchasing and believing that we found the perfect dining room set. We really enjoyed working with her. She is an outstanding representative for Crate and Barrel.

Hosea Daniel’s was the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. He even drew up a furniture layout of what it would like when we receive the couch. He didn’t pressure us into buying a couch and gave us ample amount of time.Hands down the best person to work with!Ask for Hosea Daniel’s if you go!

First time I’ve been into a crate and barrel and I don’t think I’ll ever come back.First of all, the restaurant next door ate up all of the parking, so that I had to park at the mall, and walk across a bunch of cross walks at a dangerous mall entrance where multiple cars had to lock up their breaks to avoid hitting me because they weren’t paying attention to the flashing crosswalk lights for pedestrians.Then I get in there, finally, and the employees seem less than interested in helping me find something. Only three customers in the store and not a single hello? I actually had to ask an employee where I could find the thing I was looking for..Which of course, wasn’t in stock. Massive waste of my time, very disappointed, I felt so unwelcome.

Two stories of shopping.Downstairs housewares and upstairs furniture and carpets. Not cheap. Cool stuff . Big selection. Modern styles. Fun to look . Parking shared with restaurant next door. Remote location from the mall.

Big and beautiful store. My husband and I love to frequently come by to see what's new in the store. They have great deals on different items. The customer service here is always top-notch. We love it here.

Although I love crate and barrel and have purchased multiple items from them, this review is specific to the rude customer experience with Nancie from the Tampa location. I called asking about their floor sale items and Nancie told me “we don’t do that”, as in, they don’t let customers know what floor sale items they have. When mentioned that other reps have told me in the past, she said “well, it must have not been busy at that time”. I guess in-store customers are far more important than customers on the phone? Be better, Nancie. It’s people like you that steer customers to shop at competitors of crate and barrel.

awful online experience. Ordered mugs on 9-4 for a certain price and never heard back on the status of shipping. COme to find out on 9-27 the cannot honor the original order and are offering me 10% off the same mug more or less that is now 4 times higher in price . Be aware of customer service.

Ethan and Camilla made this place incredible! Within seconds of sitting down they greeted us. I'm a local and would highly suggest checking out this trendy rooftop bar!

Absolutely terrible. Don’t visit this location if you’re anyone of color. I had an employee rip an item out of my hand, search my son’s stroller, and pretty much run me out of the store for trying to shop here.

The price range was moderate to high as expected from any Crate & Barrel store. I like browsing in-person and looking for pieces I can add to my home decor.

Avoid the “in-store pickup” option at all costs. Decided to try it because my items were listed as in stock online and ready same day. It took them 3 days to tell me my order was ready for pickup when all I ordered was throw pillows and covers, and then they notified me that the covers were now backordered for 2-3 more weeks. I feel like if they would’ve just grabbed my order right away then this wouldn’t have been an issue. Anyway, I show up to pick up the first part of my order following the instructions in the email and end up sitting in the pickup parking spots for >20 minutes before eventually going inside to grab them myself. The guy apologized and said he “just wasn’t watching the iPad.” I love crate and barrel, but unfortunately this location comes across as lazy and disorganized. I’m not looking forward to going back for the 2nd part of my order. Would have been way faster to just ship to my home.
