UPDATE: The delivery was rescheduled and customer service took ownership of the situation and ensured I was notified. They made it right and restored my faith in C&B. The couch feels solid and looks and feels amazing!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. I purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman a couple of months ago. I was scheduled delivery for today and I was told the warehouse would reach out with a delivery window a couple days prior to delivery. This never happened.
I called yesterday multiple times and spoke to multiple people to find out my window for today and no one was able to provide me one citing they weren’t able to get in touch with the warehouse.
I was told one of the C&B reps would reach out via email once they could get in touch with them. It never happened. They left my location at 8:47am after I missed the delivery because I had no idea of the window. I called them less than 15mins later and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They’d be back in 2 days.
I already got rid of my old sofa yesterday in preparation of the delivery and now have nowhere for myself nor guests to sit until a delivery is made.
There’s nothing I could have done better other than waiting from 7am thru 5pm at my door to ensure I didn’t miss delivery since all of their automated systems failed (which was confirmed by C&B that a notification was never sent).
I called and spoke to the warehouse directly and to C&B directly and neither was willing to reschedule delivery today.
Inflexible company and warehouse leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
Sales was great. No idea how the couch is. Delivery was terrible as was customer service.
The right thing to do would have been to reschedule my delivery for today given that it was on them to schedule it and they dropped the ball.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I placed a order for a pack and play and was then emailed that I would not receive it due to the price being incorrect on their website and that if I wanted to repurchase it it would be $400. When I messaged a live representative about it all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. Extremely wrong on so many levels , false advertising. If crate and barrel makes a mistake they should honor it. Not tell the consumer sorry about your luck.

I wanted to take a moment to compliment one of your associates, Ghassan, for the exceptional service I received during my visit to your store on 10/16/2024.
It was my first time at Crate & Barrel and I was searching for handmade dinnerware, Ghassan went above and beyond to show me each piece, helping me carefully select one without any marks or damages. He also made the best recommendations, guiding me to find exactly what I was looking for. He also made the best recommendations, which led me to feel confident in my choices. I was so pleased with the service that I ended up purchasing three shopping bags full of dinnerware!
I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism Ghassan demonstrated, and it made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. Please pass along my thanks to him for a job well done!!!!!! :) ?

Maya was amazing with the design but the quality of the Monterey couch is extremely disappointing. The couch that arrived is nothing like the display- the cushions are flat and really uncomfortable. I expected much better quality control, especially for C&Bs price

The customer service for the location was great. The product not so much. I purchased a new Ganther couch and the cushions were too small for the couch casing a gap. Customer service gave me a credit of 15% and explained the bench cushions I wanted were about the same price. The bench cushions were actually twice the price. I had to come out of pocket for a couch that was already defective to get a replacement cushion. I will never buy another couch from crate and barrel. The quality is not good and this was after only 6 months of use. Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

Kyle is literally the best! We were so overwhelmed trying to furnish our new home and decided to stop by Crate and Barrel last month. Kyle was the first person to greet us and feel very lucky because he’s amazing! He's super knowledgeable, has an amazing eye for design, and is just so patient and helpful. He spent hours with us, walking us through the store, making suggestions, and putting together a personalized plan. And even after we left the store, he was still there for us, answering all our follow-up questions via email and making sure we had everything we needed. We ended up buying most of our furniture from him, and we LOVE it all! And then, just yesterday, I saw this gorgeous credenza online and emailed him to ask if it was available in store. He got back to me right away, and I was able to swing by and grab the last one in stock just a few hours later. If you're looking for someone who will help you find the perfect pieces for your home, go to Crate and Barrel and ask for Kyle! Especially if you love an organic modern design aesthetic!

I was SO impressed by the attentive, thoughtful and knowledgable team members at Crate & Barrel International Plaza during my visit this week... Not only did they answer all of my furniture questions (and help me find an amazing new dining set!) but they also were attentive and warm to my son -- including him in our design conversations, bringing him a cozy blanket while we tested out couches and even pointing out a raccoon (!) who was visible from one of their retail windows.
Maya and Teagan -- you are all-stars!!!!

I called customer service and asked for a supervisor, he was hostile and rude so I asked to cancel my card in a very polite and calm tone, he said it was cancelled and hung up the phone while I was talking.

Visited on a weekday evening not long before close and Teegan and the rest of the staff greeted my husband and I quickly and warmly upon entering the store, were knowledgeable about the store’s offerings, and were incredibly patient with me hand selecting a large set of glasses one by one. Large, lovely location that I will definitely visit again soon.

We were shopping for new dishes and spoke with a very knowledgeable salesperson who was able to help us choose the perfect set for us. Everything we purchased was wrapped and packed quickly, and we were able to pick them up at a service door. Very convenient.
