Fantastic work! And a smooth process through insurance and everything else. Due to no fault of their own but to delays in parts once they finally got my tailgate in and completed the vehicle they went above to get my vehicle detailed to try to eliminate any fumes or odors. Loved them so much that when my vehicle was hit again 12 days after I picked it up from the first collision I brought it back to them and they delivered the same service.

Crash Champions provided a super easy, quality experience. Jasmine in customer service was so welcoming, kind and really cares about the customer needs. You can tell she loves her job! My service advisor Felix was on top of it, keeping me posted on all times about the status of my car. He was able to get it done far quicker than estimated, and he was also very nice and had great customer service. Crash Champions was recommended to me through my insurance company after someone hit me. I had such a great experience there that I will NEVER go anywhere else for my car repair needs.

I have never needed repairs on my car before and was completely clueless on what to do when someone unexpectantly hit my parked car a couple of weeks ago. After calling my insurance, they referred me to Crash Champions and I made an appointment with them online as it was after their business hours. Someone (Jessica) called me first thing the next morning to confirm my appointment and to understand the general repairs needed on my car. She was the one that prepared my estimate when I arrived for my appointment and I immediately felt at ease with her. She was super patient, explained the necessary repairs to me (which checked out with another quote I had gotten independently on my own), detail oriented and assured me that she would be there for me and my car every step of the way, which she was! I was told my repairs would take up to 7-8 days and they were done in 5! I received text updates while my car was getting repaired and Jessica took my call every time I tried to reach her for specifications. I still can't believe what a pleasant experience this was and would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I know!!! Additional kudos to Jasmine at the front desk who was very approachable and always willing to help!

This business called me not once but twice saying that I owed them money. Let me preface that I have never had any work done here nor have I ever heard of this place. This interaction is based on them leaving threatening messages and giving private customer information to a stranger. I had two calls from this company , the first I initially ignored because the way it was phrased I had suspected that it was an attempt to scam me. Unfortunately this brings me to the second call which in my opinion seemed like an escalated threat and attached picture as proof that this interaction did happen. Now my interest is peeked. It was pretty obvious that I am NOT the person they were looking for so I decided to give them a call.I was connected to the person whose voice I did recognize as the one who called me in the past and recently. I asked basic questions that you would of a scammer in an attempt to trump them. The more I talked to them the more I realized that this person was actually giving me someone's information. This was done without any secondary verification. The information that was given to me was the name of the person, the make of the car and work done, as well as insurance.I find it unprofessional that they did not due their due diligence in making sure that they did indeed call the right person, if you see the picture you will see that the person was very careful to not call me by my first name but referred to me as "customer", despite my voicemail clearly saying my first and last name. This also brings me to my last and probably my most alarming findings. These people do not do any verifications before giving away personal information. This should be something that future customers look into when selecting this company. If I was able to unintentionally obtain someones information there is a high risk that a person who is intentionally doing harm can get this as well. With that being said I would not recommend this company.

Jessica is the best. She was very good in communicating with me. My car was repaired in a timely manner( besides issues with insurance). The only thing is that I expected the car to be cleaned a little on the inside, but it was on their shop for a month o guess that's why it smiled weird.

Got my car back with what looked like scratches under the clear coat. The car looked worse than it ever did before the wreck. They also, allowed me to drive my car knowing they was sending in paperwork to total the car. The car made a buzzing sound even when it was turned off after they fixed it. I would not send a bicycle to them unless one of my cars again. Getting a call back is a big no as well. Plus they are they are really expensive for the quality of work they do.
