They refused to complete a recall on my 2016 Kia. Even after I had documentation from Kia. The service department had very poor customer service. They acted as if it was my fault. I'm not the one who manufactured the car and my distributed the recalls. Their so worried about the mechanics being paid from a diagnostic test that is not needed when you already know what to do. The customer safety in a safe vehicle is not their concern. Thanks for not doing your jobs, whether you get paid for the work or not. You should voice that concern with whom you work for, especially since Kia has a million recalls on their vehicles.

Update from 2022.
In Sept of 2024 I purchased my 5 Kia, 2nd from Courtesy and so glad I did! I shopped around to other Kia dealers in the Tampa Bay area and Courtesy made sure my business stayed with them. The level of customer service was so on point. Tony Lockett, was excellent. He took the time to answer all my questions and treated like a valued customer. If you are in need of purchasing a vehicle, he is your guy!

I advise anyone that is in the market for a Kia that they go to courteous Kia and Brandon and ask for the salesman of the year Mr. Nick Deabreu.. I have never experience such professionalism knowledgeable and courteous service from a car sales person in my life. Five stars I’m not enough to give Mr.Deabreu. So I’m gonna go ahead and give him what he deserves 10 stars. Thank you so much for being a blessing from God

1. When I called to make my appt for a Recall item, I inquired about a loaner car. The scheduler responded that you all didn't have many but that I could rent a care from Enterprise and that Courtesy KIA would reimburse me $35 when I came to pick up my car. I just needed to show them my receipt. When I checked in at the service desk, I was informed that was only for warranty items and that I would not be reimbursed. Therefore, I was misinformed and I feel that is a form of false advertising/claims. Strike 1 against Courtesy.
2. When I picked up my car, I pulled off the lot and discovered that my drivers side wiper blade was missing. I came back to the dealer immediately. Informed that the carwash often pulls the blades off. If y'all KNOW that, why aren't they being checked before delivering cars back to their owners? I live about 30 minutes away. What if there had been a typical Florida rainstorm OR if I would not have discovered that until i got home. Who would have paid for my gas to drive back up to your dealership? If there was a rainstorm and I got into an accident due to not being able to use my wipers, I would have sued the pants off this dealership for neglect.
3. I was given a standard list of items to have performed, which included: 50k mile recommendation to flush coolant system, mentioning that my coolant was low; replace power steering pump due to it leaking; clean injectors. I declined all. No one ever suggested nor said to add coolant.
4. I had some errands to do after leaving the dealership. After awhile, my temperature gauge began to rise & my a/c was blowing warm versus cold. I had no issues before coming into this dealership. I waited until the next day, Sunday, to check my coolant overflow and my radiator. BOTH WERE BONE DRY!!!! This is very suspect given the fact that they all had access to this and I was told it was LOW....NOT EMPTY....LOW. I firmly believe that either (A) someone drained it, thinking I was some dumb chick and that I'd pay to have you all flush it, but I declined the service so nothing was done thereafter OR (B) if it was empty when they checked it they would not have said that is was just LOW and would have said that it needs coolant. How LOW is LOW??? Almost empty??? I'm not convinced that it was empty or drastically low before coming in for the recall. This issue could have RUINED my engine. Why didn't some say, "Hey! You need to have coolant added....it's almost out."?
4. I have not had any leaking fluids. I had my mechanic look at my car and the radiator fan is working properly and there are no leaks in my coolant system. Can you tell me why my system was bone dry?
5. My mechanic also looked at my power steering pump and saw no active leaks. Hmmm....what's up with the recommendation to replace that?
I will be in the market for a vehicle in the next year to so. I love my KIA but I HIGHLY DOUBT that I'll do business with this dealership.

I was immediately greeted when I enter the service bay, and directed to the service person who would assist me. Ashley Craig is a superior service person who really knows her job, and is eager to assist you in any way. That is why I always request her when I go for service or any recalls. I have also used other persons, and they are all excellent personnel.

I've been a very successful Real Estate Broker here since 95. I was always honest and upfront with people. The exact way this dealership is run. My salesman Jeff C. Did an outstanding job showing me all the new features of these newer cars of today. Dave E. The used car manager was very fair on my old trade and didn't overcharge alot of dealer fees. Used my own financing and no problem. Thank you very much guys, hopefully have one more care in me after this one, but I luv my 24 Sportage EX.
