Rennie was great contacted me as soon as my car arrived explained all the steps to me. After my was deemed not repairable by the insurance company I contacted Rennie with questions even on his day off still responded promptly and contacted me next morning when he arrived in office to further assist me and go over everything with me. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend using this company.

I had a great experience at Courtesy Collision. I was rear-ended and there was damage done to my tailgate, rear bumper and tail light. From the time the car was brought to Courtesy to the time it was finished was less than a two week period. Rennie is top notch when it comes to customer service and getting the job done right. He went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was repaired with legitimate Toyota parts, rather than any aftermarket parts that these middle-man companies try to sell. He was steadfast and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. And it definitely was! 5 star recommendation to anyone!

I am super happy with Courtesy Collision Brandon. Big shout-out to Larena and Isiah that help me tremendously with a extended warranty insurance company that initially didn't want to pay for a interior/damage repair. After weeks and weeks and tons of emails both of them helped me getting the insurance company to pay for the repair and I am super happy with the work they did. It looks fantastic! I 100% recommend them!
