Was here two weeks ago, got overcharged for a software update $229 that was suppose to fix my car. Returned today, turns out my battery was the issue. The same issue they said they had tested out two weeks ago and said was not the case. They tried to charge me over $500, I refused to pay that. The customer service manager made it seem like she would be helpful. The minute I said I would not pay that much for a battery they wanted nothing to do with me. I can promise you I will never come back here. Keep on encouraging those reviews, this place is still the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and go to any other place. If you want to go to a dealership just go to the Tampa one, they will communicate with you from the beginning and not screw you over and waste your time. Better yet use google and look for small shops that will be happy to have your business.

I went for an oil change on my 2020 RAM 1500 and was not too happy with the service today. Now consider there is just over 35k miles on the truck. They "recommended" that I get a brake flush for $161.95. I doubt it. They also "recommended" that my engine air filter $87.45 and cabin air filter $78.45 needed to be replaced. Funny thing is, I just replaced both of them myself two days ago. They also "recommended" to change my wiper blades for $120.65. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this establishment again for ANY reason. When I spoke to the service manager about the air filters, he said the tech had already left for the day, so he couldn't ask him why they were recommended replacing them. He said since they were recommended last time I was there, it was probably just carried over, which means they didn't even check them. Did they check the brake fluid or wipers either??? He said the best he could do was say he was sorry. Well, sorry is really not good enough, considering they tried to rip me off for an additional $165.90 for filters that were changed two days ago and possibly another $161.95 for a brake flush that I very much doubt needed to be done. Not happy!

Horrible experience here! Stay far away. Waste of time.Second time visiting they sold the car I had deposit on - 2023 4xe. The sales manager to help error he admits too on their part gave me a "deal" of a lower price on the same car they brought from somewhere else. Third visit and hours into being pushed into a lease I didn't want in which the numbers made no sense, I was told my "deal" couldn't be honored as a finance. I felt ignored in even exploring a financing option. Just shot down to wait for some higher up to call me (he took 3 days to do so). I felt manipulated to keep listen to how leasing is a better option when I expressed no interested in it. Dishonest, unprofessional and I felt like a number to making their quota.

Service department consistently understates the time it will take to perform service. I needed a tire changed and set an appointment. I was told it would take one hour to one and a half hour. It took two and a half hours to change the tire with an appointment. If I had accurate information I would have taken a Lyft to work.

Once I walked in and spoke with the salesmen Jason he did a great job finding me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. He was able to work a deal out, getting me a car with a market value of 38K for FAR less. He was great even the financial side was easy as could be I was in and out pretty fast as far as dealership go.

My brother & I ordered each a 2024 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude. Once built & ready for pickup, we came in together to do our paperwork. Everything was the same (his was $500 more due to opting for the green color). All was fine up until now. We were given the business card of Dameniel *****, Operations & Logistics Manager as our contact moving forward for any issues we may have. He was REAL QUICK to keep on both of us to give 5 star ratings when JEEP sent out their survey. (I recommend to NOT do the survey RIGHT AWAY, cause once that's done, the service is gone. That's what seems to be the most important thing to them.) The next day they realized that they didn't do the paperwork correctly for both of us (we used 2 different finance people, so they both messed up the paperwork). At first Dameniel seemed to be helpful to getting a courier to bring my wife paperwork at her work to resign, to get the windows tinted & to resolve the issue I had when the Jeep just stopped with 158 miles on it & had to come in for service. But after that I received a new tag in the mail. I called to ask him about it, because we both had a tag to transfer & brought our tags with us the night of delivery. He checked into it and told me that the tag that we brought, is what it was registered & to use OUR tags. So because I was charged an overage amount for the title paperwork, I kept following up for my refund. Well 2 1/2 months later, I had finally had enough. I stopped by & realized that I had been instructed to use my tag in error, so I had been driving with an illegal tag for over a month!!! I was no longer going to just keep waiting for my paperwork to be "eventually" handled. I went across the street to Toyota, where they have centralized all the paperwork for all the Courtesy brand. I wanted to be given information as to where my refund was & needed a registration for my tag..... Review too long, see full review on Google. Can't give full story with less words. JUST BEWARE!!!

Last night I went to purchase a new Ram Limited 4x4. I was greeted by Carl Johnson, who was one of the most genuine and kind car sales associates I've ever met. My experience with him was so laid back and enjoyable. He has a gentle disposition and was very attentive to my desires and needs. From there, I worked with Derek in finance and he was so chill and took lots of time to explain the entire deal and all the options for warranties. I thought they closed at 9pm and not once did anyone tell me that they actually closed at 7pm. I was never rushed or felt uncomfortable. If I had to do last night over, I absolutely would and I will definitely recommend Courtesy CJDR, Derek, & Carl. Thank you so much for one of my more pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had.

Have to edit my review due to ongoing issues. Let me preface this by saying I've never had to deal with dealership issues like what I am experiencing with Courtesy Jeep Tampa. Our salesman, Joe Russo was good and kept in contact with me. Everything else has been terrible.A week after we got our Wagoneer, I got a call from Derek in finance saying that the bank wanted us to turn in our previous lease (Ford Expedition) to be qualified for the new Wagoneer. No problem, this should have been taken care of before we took the car, but I complied. It should be noted that I tried to turn in my Expedition lease when I got the Wagoneer, but they were zero help in facilitating that.Then, I get another call from Derek telling me the "bank" did not want the handwritten form that the Ford dealer gave me when I turned in the Expedition. He then expected me to go and harass Ford about the format of their lease turn in form to appease Chrysler. Absolutely no customer service. I have taken countless hours out of my days jumping through hoops to provide all of these things that should have been handled before we even took delivery of the new vehicle.On top of that, our brand new leather seat was torn in the third row and I've also spent countless hours trying to get that repaired rather than Jeep take care of it themselves.I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy shop here and I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee from them in the future. Lesson learned.

I brought my 2022 compass with 6000 miles in for 2 recalls....i have never had any issues with this car at all....I get in the car after they supposedly did the updates and drive away...I turn on my AC and its not working, which was fine before i brought the car in. I was told that the computer system needed to sleep for 12 hours WTH does that mean. I live in Florida and i am not driving a car with no AC what did they do ...i had to get a rental at my expense giving them a deposit and not sure when i will be getting my car back. I was told if this is not under warranty i wold have to pay $35 a day....are you kidding me my AC worked perfect until they did whatever they did to it...not happy at all with this outcome..of course they blamed it on the updates didn't know it had to sleep
