Had tires Installed 2 days ago. They told me 1 - 1.5 hours, and I was out in just under an hour. They were professional and courteous. Today I went back for them to do whatever it us they do 25 miles after new tires. Again professional and courteous. My only complaint is the bench to wait on is hard and uncomfortable, but I won't let that stop me from returning.

We got a flat tire last night during rush hour. I was able to snag a 7:45 pm appointment online and the process was super easy. Sarah was the nicest person we’ve ever dealt. She had the best attitude and helped us to buy a new tire and fixed our car in less than an hour. Would 10/10 recommend Costco for all of your auto needs!

So I brought my wife's car in to get new tires put on it. I arrived at 10:20 with an appointment at 10:30 at 11:10 a.m. the vehicle was not even in the the garage yet they left it in the parking lot. Then when I question about it I got interrupted and then as I'm standing there while he's complaining about me he and another employee started saying that I had some sort of attitude when all I did was ask a question. I was treated with such disrespect I will never have my family come here again

Great service and good prices. Not a bunch of the runaround you get from most tire places. Plus you can shop while they rotate and balance your tires.

This place was PACKED. Wall to wall people. But in spite of that things seem to flow pretty smoothly. Lines moved quickly and store was stocked well. I haven't had a membership in 12 years since I don't live close to Costco anymore but even the membership desk didn't have a wait. The price of meat was a great price.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! The parking here always feels less crowded than the Costco in Wesley Chapel. They have tons of gluten free choices here, including Jalapeño Chomp Sticks (10/10 would recommend!) and Boom Chicka Pop kettle corn (so good!!!) They even have Alba Bontanica sunscreen that is certified gluten free. I always come to this Costco over the Wesley Chapel location if I'm on this side of town!

I went to a shop prior to going to Costco. The shop told me I had a nail they even showed it to me, and they wanted to charge me $200 for a new tire. They told me it could not be plugged.During the 2 hour wait at the first shop, I had the time to look at Costco online and determined that they had my tire.As I waited, I called Costco to see how the wait was and asked if they plugged tires. I was almost positive that the location of the nail could be plugged. I drove to Costco, and they weren't busy. The guy charged me less than $15 and plugged my tire in the time it took me to do one lap around the store. The service people were super helpful and friendly. AND I GOT A GOOD DEAL! highly recommend.

We have been Costco members for a long time but just moved closer to this one. We are here all the time and love the simplicity of the store. You should avoid Saturday and Sunday but I always find what im looking for here and normally at a better price.

For a Thursday at 11am, this place is a madhouse. The gas took approximately 20mins to get to the pump. Drivers were parked at the pumps all wonky, so other vehicles couldn't pass through. It was so inefficient, which is likely what caused the wait.Inside wasn't much better. Samples were out in full force, which blocks the aisles. Many customers leave their carts in aisles making it hard to weave around. I purchased behind the counter generic Sudafed at the pharmacy, and that was super easy and the cashier/pharmacist was wonderful!Checking out was a hot mess too. At my normal Costco in metro-Atlanta, there is one person helping direct the line at self-checkout - here it was a free for all, lots of "line cutters".Exiting was also a hassle. The sales folk were out in full force. One person selling home upgrades and another with Shaw, they were talking with customers and blocking the majority of the path to exit. This seems like a bit of a hazard in case of an emergency...maybe that's just me.Another difference from "my Costco" is how much carts are left stranded throughout the parking lot and popped up on curbs, instead of returning to the cart corral. While this is 100% lazy and selfish on the customers, I didn't see one person collecting carts while waiting for gas, entering or exiting.
