Visited today. Received $10 in rewards. Asked if I could use same day, they said yes. Went back later-same day-and a different woman refused. She was rude and very snippy. So, in return, here are some reasons NOT to shop there.1. Everything smells like smoke. Old smoke-like they smoke indoors after hours.2. Most items are overpriced! No real good deals here since 2018.3. They don't wash or wipe anything down4. Dead roaches in corners, dirty, dusty, stinky-shower when you get home5. (*Jewelry girl was the only thing exceptional!) Other employes-not so much. Smiles are free but not at this place.6. Salvation army is next door. It's cleaner and better priced7. Lies about loyalty program-sells information!!! Does not honor loyalty points. Insanity! Called manager over-they argued with eachother and ultimately did not honor discountVery disappointed. One of the worst thrift stores I have visited in a long time!

Daily specials and reasonable prices. A place like Goodwill will have no sales and try to sell you used Walmart shirts for more than they'd cost at Walmart. Forget Goodwill, go to Community Thrift Store.

You can find some good items from time to time but the prices have doubled. Some items have the original store price sticker still on it, but the new price is double that and they won't negotiate on the price. Disappointing?

The prices here are absolutely insane..... the store is soooo dirty and the counter ladies don't seem very happy to be there....this place needs alot of work/help and needs to lower prices... I seen a pair of cowboy boots for 50$ and it was missing the heel lol??????

This used to be a a great thrift shop - reliably stocked with very friendly people with great prices and deals. We were shocked to go in today to find seriously marked up prices ($49.99 for a cast iron skillet that’s $34 new?!), very little selection, and pretty rude treatment when just asking a question about the rewards program ( that has changed systems multiple times and thus losing accumulated points. It’s disappointing because this used to be a fun place to make some cool finds.

Y’all are BUGGIN’!!!!! I’ve been coming for over 10 years, and I’d noticed before how prices were increasing but weren’t too bad. I just came back for the first time in like 6 months and the prices have gone WAYYYY up which is wild because it literally looks like y’all have way more inventory than before. Please make it make sense. These are FREE DONATED items y’all received. Thrifting should be accessible to the COMMUNITY not be priced at online or retail prices. SMH I’m super disappointed

High prices on low quality items. Sad that these thrift stores feel the need to price donations at or above retail listings.

The store is very large and has lots of clothes but it is very overpriced for a thrift store. I saw a used denim jacket priced at $30. For that price, you can get a new one. Not worth it at all.

I shopped for 2 hours and had 100$ worth of items today. As I approached the sales desk the women in front of me had a WHOLE cart of clothes she had to break down before she could ring up. This would have taken her another 3-4 minutes and the line was backed up. I went around her with no clothes items and only immediate ring up items. The bald, headed male cashier refused to ring me up before her and was absolutely rude. Other check outs were empty and those cashiers were enjoying their day. He yelled at me to get behind the white line, as the long line continued to build over 1 lady removing clothes hangers off 100+ items. What happened to courtesy of keeping the line moving? What happened to customer satisfaction? I shop there because my proceeds go back into HELPING OUR COMMUNITY. I left the line, left my entire cart of items there for the unlovely, male cashier to put back. He yelled at me as I exited "are you just gonna leave your cart there". Well yes, I am! Hard working people come to your thrift store to spend money. They don't come in to be scolded, reprimanded and treated poorly. That guy needs to be in the back, away from customers. He costs you generated revenue and repeat customers.

I just left and went to Ross 5 minutes up the road —-Prices were extremely high ? I feel like they are ripping people off unfortunately. Amazon has everything I was choosing brand new for cheaper … lamps, decor, baskets. Even suits were over $20, you can go to JCpenny and get a brand new Suit for just a little more . Even a 3 drawer plastic been was $17!!! You can get it at Walmart brand new for $10! I was in disbelief
