The truth is that they have so many bad reviews. So many people, I don't know why I placed the order with them. AND IF. They have no idea what customer service is. Full of promises and they don't keep them, I've been waiting for my order for more than 1 month and nothing. Just excuses and more excuses. Very bad experience, the older lady who sells is rude, she did not want to return the 75 dollars for a vest that I bought, not even an intimate piece, I had to buy a 52 dollar underwear in total 59 with taxes and they did not pay me the other 18 dollars And not to mention the bad attitude of the person who sells it or because he is an older person just looking at the laptop and he didn't really look at my face. Oh, I'm not going any further, super bad.

I have a very bad opinion of this store, very bad service and a belt did not cover me, I could not hold it and I returned to the store on the same day almost in less than 1 hour and they did not want to return my money. I do not know how to recommend it to anyone and even The owner herself agreed not to return the money.
