The store is well stocked with variety and clean. Staff is great and accommodating (one-on-one) service. After trying on multiple shirts, I ended up with a golf style shirt.”

I accidentally left my debit card at the store a few weeks ago when I went to pick some things up and when I got home I had a voicemail saying that I had left my debit card and if I wasn’t going to make it back before the store closed, Marylou said that she could take it to her house and I could pick it up from her home. That right there is the definition of going above and beyond! She may just be the greatest sales person on the face of the Earth with an amazing personally to go along with it! “Stopped in to pick up an order for a friend for an upcoming trip to Alaska. My eye caught on some pretty patterns and was immediately drawn to all the lightweight fabrics. Y’all, menopause is tough and finding things to wear with these hot flashes is a challenge! Quick dry is not just for hiking! Kristen (manager) and Pattie (sales AND in-store poster model - really?!) were so helpful. I admit I miss that service when online shopping.”

“This location is very sparse in comparison to other locations. They have almost no clearance merchandise and their racks overall are very empty. They only have one spinner of jewelry and the one 4 panel wide section of women's graphic tees. Overall I would wonder if this location is going out of business....”

“The place is fine and would definitely recommend shopping here. However, please be advised this store can get crowded fast and the line do get long. I don't mind the wait for the great deals but I don't like the rude and entitled customers that shop here. They will invade your personal space and won't say excuse me if they need to get by.”
“I am very particular with the clothing I wear. I find today's styles are not a fit for me so that is why I love working with Tom James as my clothier. Erik Peterson, my rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't try to change the way I like my cloths to look. I saw a jacket the other day on a video, called Erik, and he came to my office that day. I showed him the video and asked if they could make that jacket for me. That was no problem for them. They are even getting me the buttons I wanted for that jacket. You can't go wrong with Tom James as your clothier.”
