I had 4 new tires put on and an oil change 3/06/2022. It took four hours as they searched for tires for the car. The car had to be towed to the Honda dealer 01/2023 where we were informed that we needed new tires, 10 months after purchasing tires from Hillsborough auto repair. Honda said the front treads were at 2 and back tires at 5. Red zone in front and yellow on back tires. I called expecting Moe to replace the tires since obviously they put worn tires on my car 9 months ago. Moe said since it been a year (which it hadn't and I have receipt to prove that) There's nothing he could do.I paid 500.00 for the tires and am now having to buy new ones at tire kingdom since it is not safe for my son to drive the car. I will be going to the better business bureau to come up with a solution from Hillsborough auto. What a scam

Cliff has the worst attitude and is an absolute liar! He quotes you 1 price over the phone, does the job then hikes the price up. His yard is extremely unorganized and he is extremely unprofessional. Every person here told me a different thing was wrong with my car. When you're just trying to get to work to eat, this is the last thing you need. The owner or guy running the place, really did not make me feel like he had my best interest in mind. I ended up paying $430 which was a "good price" and my car is still leaking oil. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND YOU SHOULDNT GO HERE

I wouldn't use this guy to repair my bicycle! He is a nice guy but business is business. Very unprofessional, poor repair time management, needs more help, excuse after excuse on why your vehicle is not finished as promised, never returns texts or call on updates on your car, then has the nerve to charge you a arm and a leg when your vehicle is returned worse than what it was when he received it. Cliff had my vehicle for over one year. When I picked it up battery/low voltage light on after I purchased a new battery weeks prior, doors won't lock, A/C not working, gas tank door won't lock, black overspray paint all over my car, inside upholstery filty with oil fingerprints from working on car, battery compartment in trunk left undone and to top it off the car broke down on my way home and I had to have it towed and repaired by another mechanic which discovered that it needed a new alternator and a radiator.None of these things were a problem when I dropped my car off to Cliff auto repairs over a year ago, the only thing that I was satisfied with was he mounted two tires for me and he cleaned my headlight domes because they had turned white from sitting at his shop so long! I would have been better off taking my car to the dealership. At least I know it would have been done right and I would have received it back in less than a year!!! I will NEVER use or refer anybody to this guy again. Sorry to be so blunt, but it is what it is! -1 star ratingServices: Electrical repair

My daughter Is a USF student and her alternator went out. She took it there to be fixed and they charged her over $500. She drove it home and it completely died. We had to have it towed and the alternator fixed again costing $350. So it's over priced and evidently don't know what they are doing!

He's pricey but if you want your vehicle fixed right by an honest individual, I trust him. It hasn't been a time that I've taken my vehicle there something new went wrong. I've slowly fixed all the problems from the worst-case to simple not that important until it was all done with no new surprises. I'm broke but happy with reliable transportation. ☺
