If I could give this bank zero stars I absolutely would!!! My 81 year old aunt has been banking with Citibank for over 20 years. They locked her out of her account on February 10, 2024. She has not been able to access her account information online, over the telephone and cannot make any purchases or pay her bills. Today, March 4, 2024, She has talked to over 10 people since she was locked out of her account, many who she cannot understand due to broken English and who are basically reading a script. Two of the people were supervisors, which means nothing because they were no more help than the call center workers. Because she cannot physically get to any branches because they are so far from where we live, she had to send a letter with a copy of her ID and her updated contact information. She has sent two. I tracked the letters for her and know they received the letters and the person who received the letters. Still nothing! I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. My aunt is extremely stressed because of this. She has been locked out of a storage unit she rents, her bills are adding up and I have had to purchase food and other necessities for her. Citibank please step up your customer service or sell to a banking institution that truly cares about their devoted customers.

Some of this office’s employees (sr. Managers) act like they work meanwhile messaging the entire day on dating websites… After a few interactions, my opinion about the bank and its hybrid system of work went down deeply. This type of “professional” recreational working behavior doesn’t give a good impression about the company, its workers, and its services.

Buscaba una solución en alguna agencia o beach de este banco y llegué a un gigante edificio donde no podia entrar.Pero gentilmente un seguridad de recepcion hizo una llamada y en menos de media hora ya tenia lla guía que necesitaba!Gracias Citi Tampa.. se necesita más de estos seres con buena disposición para guiarte o ayudarte e solución de problemas

Worst bank ever ..... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE..... very irresponsible .... they basically stole my money for over 7 months and till now I can't get it. They inactivated my saving account the has all my money and I did what they asked me to do so I can activate it back again... I have sent 3 letters over 7 months and NOTHING happened.... called them tons of times as I have no branches in my state spoke with few supervisors all of them gave me fake promises to call back when the issue is solved and I never got a call back!!! I'm gonna have to travel to another state to get my money from those thieves and close my account... can you believe how shorty this is!!!!!
