The old black female cashier is very rude and unprofessional! I have a business as well, if I had an employee like her, I would fire her 100 times! Give me wrong cigarette charged me extra and blamed on me, 3 drinks for $6.50, she tried charge me $3 something per can, don’t know how to fix price but blame on computer! When you tried to say something, she started get pissed! I didn’t argue with her because she’s not worth it, poor management!

They lock the doors at this location at 8pm, forcing anyone that goes here to use the small window outside. If y’all are THAT scared of little ol town n country, either close the store or get more employees, every other gas station in this area is open and ready to serve, I highly recommend using Rebel down the road.

It had water, which is what we stopped to buy. The store doesn't have enough room in the parking lot for multiple cars. It's a small lot.

Store under poor management. Walked in floor was sticky from a mop, and the mop was sour. Smells horrible, and all the workers are outside smoking. Clean this place up!

Jan 10, 2023 at 8:30 pm I was served by the only employee at the location, at that moment. My husband and I were just chit chatting about the new P O S system ( self checkout ) and the CSR abruptly stopped us and said she needed to double check the items. Which, we made a comment that "it defeates the purpose of the system." An opinion, but a conversation between my partner and I. However, the clerk was extremely rude and said, Y'all don't come back, you hear?!"I've been a customer since the mid 90's, and never have I had such disgraceful customer service from that store! I couldn't believe her audacity to treat a paying customer, that wasn't even talking to her that way! Unbelievable! If she doesn't like her job or takes her frustrations out on customers, she is in the wrong profession. Period, point blank!Thank you

You should close this location if people who’s putting gas is not allow to use the restroom because the person on site doesn’t allow anyone use it during her shift. Unprofessional and disrespectful “lady”

Purchased nachos took them to the front counter to pay.. the cashier was extremely rude and condescending should not be working with the general public at all! 5 people in line with 3 other associates just standing around ?

The pumps stay broke down or having issues at this location. I experienced a problem with pump shutting off in the screen going black. The manager got mad when I called up there he yelled at me because, the pump put a hold on my card, over a hundred dollars. He said that my bank was responsible. He said several people called or came up there saying the same thing. But the night in questioning the pumps had an issue.
