I went today at 4:38 pm on 12/1/2024 and I kindly asked the boy who was working at the gas station to please prepare two pizzas for me and he said no, he was alone and he couldn't make them. to go somewhere else, super bad experience, that has never happened to me with circle k

The worst Circle K ever (Tuesday, August 1, 2023, 1:00 pm) We have a lot of Circle K stores around the world, especially in Vietnam. The employees at this store are terribly rude. I’m a traveler, and I’m not from the States; therefore, I don’t know what the rules are in Florida. Instead of helping and guiding the customers, the employees absolutely upset them on purpose. They give us attitude by talking and judging us (by whispering and eye contact). They make us feel like we are not welcome, and when I talk to them, they say, Who are you talking to? and Don’t you see that I’m talking to the other customers?’ That’s why we came out and didn’t buy anything. We would love to spend money on good products from Circle K, and I think that good products at an affordable price include good customer service too. That attitude they gave us is nasty. They are racist. I can tell those two employees are poorly trained. After all, each of us is just a customer; we just want to make it simple and purchase things; we are not here to be treated like this.

Very unprofessional gas station. Lately they have been ripping people off on their scratch off winnings. Paying back a lesser amount than the said winnings are. This just happened today (April 6th 2023 at aprox 1245 pm-1pm) my mom went to cash out and he said that the amount was less and she said no that he was mistaken. She asked to see the scanned tickets printed out •receipt• which he said it doesn’t print anything out. Which is a lie. She told him to show her and he refused. I’m upset about this because who knows how many people he has done this too. Proper protocol for suspension and/ or immediate termination of said employee needs to be taken seriously and swiftly. Disgruntled EX-Circle k customer. Zero stars Satisfaction has not been achieved at this POOR EXCUSE of a gas station/ convenient store. (ZERO ) Oh and its always dirty, under stocked, overcrowded, smells and it always has a broken fountain drink machine. This store needs some definite rethinking of employees and its content choices. Poorly ran.

If I could give this circle zero or a negative 10 I would. When I asked if the store participated in the sip and save program he said \"No Sir,\". He also claimed the soda machine was down. And the machine looked like it was in perfect working order. I admit there days I would go thirsty if it wasn't for my subscription. When I have the money I also get chips and a sandwich. But not at this circle K. Even if the store doesn't participate in the sip and save program, I don't appreciate being lied too. If the rude employee is not terminated I will never shop at this circle K again.

The Circle K, 12401 N. Nebraska, Tampa, FL, was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I went in to purchase a drink and saw about 6 drink cups with drinks in them abandoned on the drink counter. After looking I noticed the store did not have lids or straws! I then decided to purchase a canned drink walking to the refrigerator section I noticed my shoes were sticking to the floor and NOT JUST AT THE DRINK AREA! THE ENTIRE STORE'S FLOOR WAS STICKY.
