Great shop the owner is super friendly, very knowledgeable on products and hair care. Ronni did absolutely great with my hair and even asked all throughout if it was too tight so she could adjust. Very happy with my half up/half down sew in.

Pennsylvania been looking for the right hair dresser and let me tell you I found her the moment I walked in till I left I felt the presence of God first of that’s a PLUS for me !! Chrystal did my sewing on April is now August my hair was still good oh to mention the hair I bought from her when it was taken off still look like the hair was just out the package so this paragraph is to thank her for her art of hair she’s definitely a keeper I’m here to stay

Okay… y’all I work crazy hours that consume my whole day and my days off always are different. It makes planning very inconvenient for myself and hairdressers to book appointments. Today I called Christy, the owner of this facility and without hesitation, she contacted four different people for me in a “save my girls hair operation”She found someone to not only do my hair, but the same day and at my time convince to make it to date night with my man. Thank you again for that!!Onto my girl, Horizon… she’s a young, aspiring hair dresser with a lot of knowledge that she was more than willing to answer all my questions with. When I tell you I’m picky about my hairdressers, I mean it. Most don’t listen and just do what they think they’ve been taught, but it’s important to listen to the person who has to deal with that hair everyday. She worked around my cowlicks with ease. She knew exactly how to color correct my hair and she kept my length the way I begged her to. She did exactly what I asked of her and that is so rare for me to find. You rocked today and I hope you’re proud of yourself.Super cute and quaint spot. Great music selections, we jammed the whole day and it felt like I was sitting around with my friends getting my hair fixed.Check them out. It was definitely worth my time and money!! I have came to the salon to get my hair done from Chrystal queen and the service I have gotten is spectacular. And her products are out of this world. Not just because it’s a black owned business but she is a standout from other salon I have been to in the state of Florida. Everything I asked for she delivered at a 1000% percent rate and she truly changed my life with my hair style. She as well made my hair grow and made it more healthier then every. I truly love this woman from the bottom of my heart and god bless her, everyone in that salon and her future

Chrystal is AMAZING! She is so sweet, professional, and most importantly talented.I had extremely damaged hair from years of chemically processing it. I told Chrystal my goal was to reduce breakage, strengthen my hair and retain length. She has given me so many tips on how to care for my hair and after just the first session with her I noticed a huge difference. I had ended up at Chrystal’s after getting scammed online, and although I had felt upset about the situation and my money getting took, they were nice enough to still help me out and fit me in , they made me feel comfortable and Ronni did a fantastic job on my hair, I loved it 10/10 def would come back again

I came here for a sew in. I left a review on her Booksy page last night and this morning see that she is charging me for services that were “complimentary” - her words. It’s comical how she tried it but I will assure you I have proper documentation and will not be paying an additional $60 for your services. $275 for a “seamless” sew in where she used rubber bands to secure the ends and it was NOT seamless- in fact it was much like the traditional sew in. Braid pattern was nothing special to make it lay flat. Cutting wefts for what, didn’t help. She’s def overrated, maybe the guru for laces but if you want natural looks with leave out, not the place to go.Update: what didn’t I pay for? I paid for services before leaving the shop. No sure what you’re referring to? And you also recommended the cut and offered I hadn’t asked for that. The service was scheduled for 3 hrs and took 5 hrs.

I first went to Chrystal back in July. She did an AMAZING job!!! First if she listened to any concerns and questions I asked and answered them very honestly, professionally, and nicely.Chrystal is a 10/10 when it comes to communication!
