STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If they are charging you “sales tax” please make sure you ask for proof it was paid. They will take their customers transactions to the DMV and write as if they were “gifts” and no sales tax is paid, but they are charging their customers “sales tax”
Save your money and go straight to the DMV. These people need to be investigated. I’m 100% the owner will reply to this comment saying it’s a hate comment or lies, but it’s not. They know they are doing shady businesses. Horrible, fraud and illegal practices!

Tags were stolen off my truck on a Friday I waited at a dmv in a line for 45 mins to get a new tag only to be told to return Monday to try again. I called Auto Auto tag and it was around 4pm they had Me tags in hand that same day with no line. Easy fast painless service who can complain over this place you get exactly what you pay for here.

Went here because I don’t have enough time to go to the dmv to get a rebuild title so I went here and I specifically ask if I was able to pick it up on Sunday and he said yes, after that I call him Sunday and he said he was there but was busy told me to call later I called and he told me that he wasn’t going to give to me that day but not only that he said that my plate didn’t existed that I need to go there again an sign more paperwork and probably even pay him more for doing that and I said no that all I wanted at that point was just to get my title so he said he wasn’t going to be able to give to me that day that he was going to leave it outside I told him that was unprofessional not only because he said I was going to be able to pick it up on Sunday but he also was trying just to leave it outside so he decided to leave it in a car on the back parking lot and told me he was going to leave it unlocked for me to be able to get just told me to call him once I was there, but what a surprise than when I got there that I try to call call where going right to voicemail because he blocked me, luckily I had another phone and as soon I call he answered not knowing that it was me so I told him he had me blocked and he completely ignored that part and just told me where the title was as soon as I got the title I hung up because I didn’t want nothing to do with this guy no more, then I called dmv and they told me that the my plate is obviously under my name but that when he did it did it wrong, maybe to charge me more? Idk yet but I guess I would never know because Im never going back to that place ever on my life, I will just go to dmv and fix it, worse experience ever this guy is not trustworthy all he wants is to make you swipe the card and after that he doesn’t care no more, I told about the bad experience to on of my friends and he said he was there before and also something similar happened where he also got blocked but this guy
