No communication whatsoever!!! The agency should be shut down! Lazy and useless!Update: After numerous calls, complaints, and emails a specialist R.S. made it right and went above and beyond to do so. So I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you!!

A couple of my friends go here they say the food is bad and beds are very uncomfortable And when I try to visit there is no communication at all.

It was a pleasure once again to donate toys to children who are in need. I know I am a product of a kid growing up in an orphanage.
