I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS place as an authorized dealer to anyone. I paid for gas at their pump right before parking the truck back in a spot next to other Uhual trucks. I go inside to turn in the key and get my receipt and he asked did I put gas in the truck and I said yes & you can come take a look at the gas gauge, can I have a receipt for the 2nd time and he said he would email it. I was very skeptical because he wouldn’t come outside and look at the fuel gauge and mind you there’s no customers inside the gas station or outside. Again he said he would email it to me. 2 hours later I get my receipt emailed to me and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. I had to call Uhual customer service and get a refund for the over charged. This is a very dishonest company to rent from and they also gave me a truck which the A/C was not working. I wish we customers who gave bad reviews could do a class action lawsuit against these crooks who were dishonest people and charging us for preventative measures that were taken care of by us customers.

If I could I would give them a zero! I bought $50 in gas here yesterday. I went inside to prepay. I get a notification in the middle of the night that my purchase from this station is now $100. These people are crooks and fraudulent. Using your card here will get it compromised. I’ve noticed after using my card here the past 2weeks I have unknown companies trying to charge $49.84 to my card 3x. Thank goodness I keep it locked. I’m going to report this to the authorities. They are also selling expired food. I bought chips there the end of April notice once I started eating the expiration date was for Feb 2024. DO NOT SHOP here… or Buyer BEWARE!

It’s almost like a Cracker Jack box, but instead of you never know what’s inside you never know what you’re going to pay because even if you get the same 3 items every day the prices change every timeThey have promotion signs for their cooler products that they don’t honor and since they just type in the prices of things it’s always different. Highway robbery. Also looks like they keep getting a lot of card skimmers at the pumps so even more reason to stay clear of this place!

DONT SHOP NOR RENT UHAULS FROM HERE ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.My experience on 7/17 was so horrible and the lady talked to me so bad from when I came in she told me she didn’t want to assist me she also threw my id back at me and she called either the manager or store owner and they didn’t even listen to my side only hers so I will be contacting corporate about this it was very inappropriate after I PAID my hard earn money and anybody that “SUPPOSED” they are a trainee should know how to do there job and she definitely didn’t she stated multiple times that she didn’t know what she was doing .

Very rude. Asked for change and the woman working the counter at 6pm on 10/18/21 said “no change go to a bank for that I’m sick and tired of you people”. There’s 100 convenient stores in the area . No one gives a f what you are tired of. I live very close and it was my first time inside. I will make sure not one cent of my money or anyone I know goes to this business. 7/11 gas is cheaper across the street😂

Really?!! Charging .05 cents more per gallon paying with a debit card. Its 2020 Chevron!!!!
