Shuttle drivers were amazing! Lots of great places to eat nearby and a fantastic mall. The rooms are old and outdated. They claim to be a "Cruise and Snooze Hotel" Definitely more Snooze than Cruise! This place needs some serious cash invested to survive. Loved Tampa just not this Hotel.

Jake at the front desk was the best. I booked the wrong day, and he fixed that with ease. He was so kind and had stellar customer service. Next time I come back to Tampa I’ll be staying at the chase hotel just because of the awesome service.
