Walk-ins for starting a business are not accepted and no one is available at 1:30pm, I must wait for someone to set up an appointment to fill out forms.

Terrible branch. Unacceptable for Chase and they pride themselves on service. Close this branch. Waste of real estate. You will lose your good customers with service like this.

Made an appointment early for 11 a.m because I had to run to work by 12:15 for a very time-sensitive matter and the lady didn’t get us until 11:40. Appointments exist for a reason. And I ended up having to leave and go to a different branch location who actually DID help me. The service was extremely slow here and they were doing extra steps that weren’t necessary, like double verifying things that were already verified. We didn’t even stay for 5 minutes by the time I had to leave. Thankfully my job understood and I was able to go to a diff branch and they helped us within 15 min. Definitely do not go to this location.

Would not let us take money out the ATM machine when we need money to buy something. We lost the sale because the bank was closed Labor Day, and the ATM was not working.

Awful experience. I was in before another individual and had a few questions on why I haven't received my cards yet and to confirm my name change on the account. The individual then told me to sit in his office and he'll be with me right away and started processing those after me even touching bases with me. Customer service line was better but refused to waive the late fee on my debit card after not sending/ receiving it after these changes we made well over a year ago. Horrible bank client to use and I cant wait to drop the this bankz It is the only one I use that isnt a credit union. Additionally, maybe have a morning meeting with the office on prioritization of words through action. Poor service from chase as per usual. Bravo!Edit: the customer service line was completely useless and issued me cards in a name not LEGALLY associated with me any more and DOESNT NOT REFLECT THE NAME ON MY BANK ACCOUNT. Will absolutely be dropping this client.

After being a Chase customer for over 15 years I can say this has been my worst experience ever. I went today to this location with my son to get his first bank account open, and the tall CSR at the second office on the right refused to open the account. Just telling me to go online and do it myself, I insisted to get it open by him, but he just didn't want to help. Of course I will easily open the account online, but I wanted my son to have his first banking experience at the branch and thanks to this lazy employee my son left sad.
