Horrible customer service no one’s ever available to do anything without an Appointment. Sat there for 15 minutes only to be told that you need to come back not a good way of practicing banking.

I had a great experience at the Chase branch. Michael assisted me with my check deposit during my visit. The branch is always clean and the bank tellers are friendly, with a smile on their face while helping customers.I highly recommend this branch for its staff's friendliness and the cleanliness of the branch. They always do an amazing job, and I truly appreciate their commitment.

Catherine hacker threatened and yelled me in front of what I was told to be the manager after I asked for a card to report being discriminated against she didn’t like that so started yelling . Maybe she was having a bad day but in real life there are consequence for hostile irate behavior I’m very surprised this bank condones this behavior will be canceling and complaining to corporate .

Opened up new accounts for myself and my kid. Called in and although the information given was not entirely correct they were super helpful and tried their best. Sign up and Service was great once we got there.

Very worst service by Benjamin who handle opening business account . Never expect from chase bank. Since i went late and told them if u don’t have appointment i can come another day but the way he answered hurts me and my business. Try to respect the customer even if they r black or white. It really hurts us anybody if they exist in that situation. You are here to service the customer. If customer is not there you don’t have job try to understood before talk anything about their business r any customer.

Friendly staff, always punctual. The atm out back sometimes is down for maintenance but have only run into that issue once in the 3 years I've used this branch. Manny inside is great with customer service and made my brief visit to try and deposit a partially torn Check memorable with a little joke about being the check magician. Thank again Chase and Manny!

I was refused service one of the employees from behind the desk saw me he went and whispered something to the manager the manager then stopped me whole waiting in line and stated that they are not able to help me with my deposit today he implied that I have deposited quite a few ones over the past few days I did explain that I am a bartender I live off of my tips I deposit them to my account the next day he then states that oh well our vault is full so we are not able to help you? No how many ones do you have today can you come back tomorrow we’ll be glad to help you just very dismissive and did not want to help me. I felt very offended and racially profiled I have never felt this way with any bank they did not even offer a resolution or were polite about it or welcoming this branch manager and employees that were there at this visit where very unprofessional. Will never come back

Previous experiences with this branch have been favorable until recent. I have called up there every single day for the past 4 days and no one answers the phone. Multiple times a day at different hours. Finally get a hold of someone and still get nowhere. I'm not sure what has changed at this location but avoid this branch.

I never leave a review. But GAVIN he deserves to run that store. I have never met a more professional , attentive, and caring person on this planet and I work in healthcare. If i weren't married id have offered him a drink, some lunch, my car. That man is the type of person i want to be when I get older .
