I'm giving 1 star review because is the less, if not i would have gone with 0 star, i just want to let you guys know that Al Zuñiga is a relationship banker at this branch and is the rudest person on Earth, i'm not lying , if you don't want to have the worst experience in your life please avoid him. He treated me real bad and a disrespectful way and i believe that someone with this manners cannot work at chase bank. I hope this man be sanctioned or at least his manager do something.

The worst service I have received in my life, the service promoter AL Zúñiga he treats clients very badly. He made me wait for 30 minutes to tell me he has another appointment.

I have been at Chase for 5 years and I have never received such bad service, you make an appointment and the person who is going to assist you is not even working that day and worse still there is no one else willing to assist you, anyway go to another Chase not to this .

Sitting there for 20 min nobody even bother to ask me what I need, but they start talking to other customers who came after me. This is the second time happened and you need to treat everyone equal.

I am truly shocked with the customer service I received at this bank. I spent over two hours with Al opening a new business account and credit card. A week later, the app would not allow me to deposit any checks into the account. After getting the run around from my rep, days later I found out the account was closed the day after I opened it because "the back of the house" could not verify my business address. Not one person attempted to contact me by phone or email. If so, I would have explained my business operates remotely, which has never been an issue with any other bank. Al was not helpful at all, and it took weeks for Chase to send me my money from the closed account. What an headache!! Avoid this bank at all costs!!!
