How wonderful it is to be able to go to a bank branch and have them advise you with such professionalism. My satisfaction is a thousand because yesterday I was assisted by "Katherine Pabon" and I hope that whenever I have an appointment it will be her or someone with the same patience and professionalism to explain it to me. I am very happy ? to be part of this banking family. Thank you CHASE for the opportunity.

I had an appointment at this location for 1 pm with Dianne to notarize a document. I showed up to my appointment and Dianne realized that she did not have her notary stamp on her, so she sent me to another branch and assured me that they could take me as a walk-in. I showed up to the other branch and there was a long line. When I reached the teller, I told her that I had an appointment to go to at 2 pm and that I was sent here from the other branch with the understanding that they would be able to fit me in. I waited for as long as I could before having to leave for my next meeting
I am a busy professional and set an appointment to avoid unreasonable and untimely delays. I wasted an hour in an attempt to get my document notarized and still was not able to do so. The service was very unprofessional and I am very disappointed with the Memorial and Waters locations.

I almost left the Chase Bank but because of Louisa, my problem got solved! When you put money in the atm, do not put too much in there and make sure that the money is folded. Never put too much cash in there or else it will get jammed up and it would be better to just go to the teller to get your money.

I asked for a replacement card, REPLACEMENT CARD. Meaning my old account shouldn’t have even been closed. My old account was closed for whatever reason, still don’t even understand why it was closed but whatever. All my bills are also due next week, I wasn’t allowed to get a temp card, I had credit tracking on my old account and now that’s also all gone, I still have yet to receive the stupid new card, and I also can’t pay my bills and I’ve lost access to basically everything and I have yet to be given any solutions to help me.

I was there to have a claim form so I can print it and fax it. The manager was busy with claims for 50 mints. The employee told: we can’t help you and you need to call the feud department. I called such department, they said they could’ve help you right there at that time. This branch employee is so rude and unprofessional

I want to share my experience today 08/18/2023 in this branch. I arrived and was greeted by a lady named Luisa Ramos; an excellent person full of kindness, good manners to whom I thank all his attention and help. 5-star customer service and if there are more stars I will give them too. Thank you very much Luisa.
From there she passed me on to a girl named Lillian Trott; His spectacular treatment, his detailed explanation, with very good knowledge of his work. I tell you, I left there very very satisfied. Thank you Lillian for your good treatment and for all your explanations, it is a pride for that branch to have staff like this. I recommend the branch 100%. My congratulations.

We are leaving Chase because of this branch.I have gone in their twice this week and both times have been a disaster. No one watches the waiting area. The lady behind the wall let me sit there for almost 20 minutes, she came out because she was looking for her next appointment. Her appointment wasn't there so I asked to be helped. She wanted to wait on her appointment and not help me but had to insist she help me. You would have thought that I asked for her first born child. It was a quick matter and fixed in 5 minutes.Today I went in needing a notary. Tried to call beforehand but no one answered the phone. Went in. Sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes. There were FOUR tellers helping people, when that line died down they all disappeared. Literally disappeared. No one came and asked what I needed, no one even looked my direction. I will add I had my 2 month old with me who was cranky and that still didn't get any attention.We're done. This bank is the worst.

This branch should win the award for having worst service in banking history. No greeter and no service. Came in almost 1 hour before closing to open account, then 10 mins before closing manager comes out from behind the back doors and does a walkthrough, sees myself and another lady waiting and asks who is first. I tell her I am and what I need. Chase manager says I need an appointment and can’t be helped today. I’m not I even a customer, how do I make an appointment? I tell her. She then suggests to do it online. Very poor service for a bank. Not for me or anyone else that wants to be treated like a human.
