Most unfriendly Representative, I called in advance to ask stipulations if any on cashing a check written to me by a Chase customer. I went through the process of ID, and my credit card they requested. Then I was told I would have to pay a fee of 10$. This is outrageous, exactly why I would never be a member of this institution. They send me coupons to start an account here… they offer me 250$ to start an account here . NEVER!!!!!

Not a good visit. Have a couple CDs that mature next week. Wanted to discuss options. Entered about 1:20pm, no one waiting. 2 female employees having a discussion among themselved and a male employee seeming to be working on emails. Both glanced at me several times, but absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence. Not even a hello. Waited 10 minutes, still no offer of help and left. Must not need my business.

Absolutely FANTASTIC service by Ms. Brenda Lloyd at this branch. This branch is hands down the best location in the Tampa area. I researched a few locations and this one was rated the highest. Brenda was very welcoming and knowledgeable about our transaction. She answered all of our questions about a complex situation and guided us to the right solution.

Everytime I've been to this branch, I've received wonderful service. From the tellers to the private client bankers...everyone has been great. I visited last week to change the name on my accounts due to my husband's passing. Everyone was very respectful and expressed sincere condolences, which is something I have not experienced consistently in my other dealings with financial institutions. Ezekeil was extremely thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best answers to my questions.

I have had horrible experience with this bank. I have waited over 2 weeks for my new card and they can't even give out a temp card or track it. Any time I have had a problem whether that's fraud or getting a new card or whatever i have to jump through all these hoops and talk to a million different people just to get a complicated answer that doesn't make any sense. The only good thing about chase is how easy the app is. If you have chase I highly recommend not doing business with them.

The ATM works but the employees... are lacking in customer service. Find another Chase branch if you need to fo business inside.

This bank is so accommodating. I took probably 40 US Bonds there today. They were busy but still took the time to cash the bonds in. All were so nice. Gave me water while I waited. I wish I took the names of them. A sweet blond who did the work and I believe the manager also and a dark haired girl. They were all so great. They are always great! Best bank I've ever dealt with. Thanks to all of you again!
