I walked into this branch regarding a business account and none of the advisors after seeing me bother to greet and even worst to assist. A bank clerk had to come out of his workstation and approach them and even though they were not assisting anybody none of them show interest of taking care of a customer...my take is that if your passion is not to assist customers don't even bother to come to the branch. Terrible experience!!

I opened a checking account not long ago, David M. Evans help me to do it and answer all my questions, he is very professional, I added my husband information and he have a time frame of 30 days to go to the bank and show his personal information for verification so he went today 11/21/23 and the lady in charge I think she is the manager didn’t accept his documents because he has two last names on his ID and I gave only one according to her it could be another person, so he waste his time trying to explain to her with package that includes the account number, and all the information in our IDs we have the same address and he had SSN on hand but she didn’t care, so I went to the bank and she gave me two options to close the account or close and reopen another one with my husband present, I decided to close the account. I’m pretty sure the bank is great but working with this kind of people is a waste of time.

This location’s Drive-Thru ATM always has issue when I go to make a transaction plus the card reader doesn’t work to open the door if I need to go into the branch after hours indoor ATM. This happens to me every time I visit this branch and it’s very inconvenient. There should be more ATM at this location incase they are down. Please fix these problems it’s not good for your customers.

Stupid individuals at this bank. Brought in what looked like a check but said voucher. Asked them if they ever seen one and or how would I use it. It was a refund from the state of Fl….. they went on to read it to me and let me know that it was a voucher and not a check

Drive through Atm always broken with a new error message everytime. Lobbys closed after 5pm since covid. Can’t withdraw cash from my own bank.Bank elsewhere if you value being able to access your own money. Chase does not care about client’s experience anymore.

Went in today to withdraw and the teller light brown/Tanish lady would not process the request because she said my passport card is not accepted. Like what? I had my passport and my card and she did not even bother to grab a supervisor and just told me SORRY. This was a large withdrawal too for my business. I then went to the South Dale branch they were so lovely and made it happen. Shout out to the Branch Manager Roy over there.I think you should have at least requested a manager when someone present a passport. This is internationally accepeted by any institutions.

If you want a bank you can trust,that reliable that you can count on go to a different bank chase is terrible to account holders and the waits time on line is atrocious I called for simple help and I’d rather cut my loses for 200 then to keep on dealing with the bad customer service

Wish i could get them negative 100 stars. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. The manager is incompetent, and never has answers. I went to this office many times to change the name in my account, I have changed my name in my other credit cards and bank accounts without any issues but Chase is the only bank where it seems something impossible to accomplish.They said my US naturalization certificate is not legal proof enough to support changing my name with them. I have already change it in my SSN and license, plus my passport states my new name as well but for Chase that’s not good enough even though the certificate was the only thing government institutions needed to process my request . I have submitted all those documents to them and they are still refusing to do the change. Supposedly they scaled my issue to corporate and after a week I am still waiting for a call. it’s insane!
