This review is about Chase Bank on line banking services. I just hung up on them after being on hold for over an hour. They once had the best on-line banking. Today it completely sucks. I have been unable to sign into my account repeatedly and they have done nothing to help me. Can anyone suggest a bank with real tellers and decent online banking?

Truly the "The BANK of NO!"....due to unbelievably inflexible policies---not to mention Chase fails to offer any competitive rates for savings, MMA, or CD's. Instead they offer only rigidity and total lack of customer service! Yet in their own defensible words....they state they have a great bank and great products---to which I say BLUUUUUUCK! The ONLY way they even enticed me inside their doors was the coupon mailer offering me $300 to open a direct deposit checking account. BUTTTTTT....(here it comes---you knew it was inevitable)...NO FREE CHECKS....NO FREE COUNTER CHECKS...counter checks cost $4.00 for three (never heard of a bank charging for a few counter checks....)in fact, the only way for me to remove my directly deposited checks was to get cash----or as actually advised by bank employee--a cashiers check---NOT FREE! As for even opening the new account....my Florida DL was not enough "proper Chase ID"....neither was my Medicare card....my Insurance card....business credit cards....or even Tampa library card!!!! In fact, employee "would not accept Visa card due to issued by Bank of America---(this is a standard Visa Rewards card, mind you.) ***********See the pattern? THE BANK OF NO!!!!********** Great marketing ploy, JP Chase Morgan ---or whatever entity is responsible for owning this out-of-date banking monolith; most certainly the single POOREST EFFORT at recruiting direct deposit. After offering $300 or combo $600 FREE----then literally CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING ELSE!!!! A paramount reason I have many banking relationships----BUT NOT WITH CHASE BANK----THE BANK OF "NO!" ****NOT WORTH THE FREE $300****

Came here for the first time after moving into the Carrollwood area. I went in to get change. The lady at the register made me verify I had a Chase account with 5 different cards and my ID just to get some quarters for my business. Insulting. I love the benefits I get from Chase but man they do not understand customer service one bit.

Came in here today needing something as simple as my business statements printed. I sat and waited with no one here to help. Seems like that's always the case as chase bank. When it was time for someone to help me they let me know it was gonna cost me money to have a few pieces of paper printed out. $1 per page.... I didn't know a white piece of paper costed a dollar to print per page. I opened my business with chase in August and it was the biggest mistake I've made. Definitely should have stayed with BANK OF AMERICA.

I have been a Chase bank member for about ten years now... and I find them very convenient, with ATM locations all over the place. They sometimes have more fees, and charges than I like... but it all depends on what you are doing with them. They usually list all fees and charges right up front, and it is up to you whether you want to use those services. For basic checking and savings, they waive fees as long as you meet certain requirements...so not usually an issue for me. Tellers and staff are usually friendly and helpful, and I have never had a problem with Chase. This location is very nice, and the teller was helpful and efficient. What more could I ask for?

It's conveniently located in the Publix plaza along with the Brass tap. It's also placed in a nice well lit part of the parking lot.
