if you're closing your store at a different time than the rest of the mall I feel like it should be common sense to state that to guests that walk in. not walk over and lock the door, making people wait to be let out because you don't want people walking in.

The girls here are as sweet as a cactus. They don't engage or anything they just kinda stare at you as you shop around, they never even ask if anyone needs help. They just snicker and talk about what can I only assume is either customers or their boss behind the registers. Honestly they might be the reason the store is closing.

They had several signs up for buy 1 get 1 for a $1 on accessories, I purchased a purse and some shades. Before she rung up my items I asked was the shades considered a accessory for the sale she said yes, but still didn't give me the deal or honor what she had told me.

I came into this location today to exchange an item bc my item was too big. I never asked for a refund just wanted to exchange. I did have receipt but I didn’t buy from this location. The 2 store associates told me that I could not get an exchange bc I didn’t purchase here. I asked if the store was cooperate or franchise, they stated it was cooperate. I then asked don’t all stores have the same system employees implied not. I then called the cutie park location and asked if it was the same policy and I was told no from the store manager. The manager at citrus did in fact tell me that returning my item shouldn’t have been an issue. I told the ladies at westshore and one manager ( KYLIE) then told me I could change the sizes. The other employee (SMILEY) be gam to cuss me out so bad in front of my daughter. Saying the Fword and yelling over the entire store. It was very embarrassing and very scary for my 6 year old daughter that was me. I asked if she would stop cussing and she said no that she didn’t care about the fact that my daughter was there. They did allow me the exchange my cloths which is all I wanted to do but the way I was treated was horrible. I have been shopping at this location since 2007 and I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated especially in front of my six-year-old daughter. I would love if someone will contact me bc something MUST BE Done!

I bought 2 pair of pants, and their fitting rooms were not open. I was not told that I could not return items that did not fit. After I purchased the items, I found they did not fit. They would only offer store exchange or store credit. I do not live around this area, and I am only visiting. So disappointed, will discourage others from shopping here.
