We love that we have a physical office to support our needs. Dena has been invaluable with helping us with ensuring we have the resources to make financial decisions, including specialsts who van jump on a zoom vall and do one-on-one training. She has also been invaluable in dealing with paperwork. I just wish they could notarize documents, similar to other banks, for us.

Schwab is dysfunctional in terms of supporting customers in their interests and for the long term relationship that could evolve. Short term they pass the buck because they must have too much business to invest time in customers.They tried to use the excuse theres a lot of fraud, hinting indirectly that the customer is the problem. I suggest avoiding this office as Justin and Dena must be too busy golfing to work to help the customer directly.

Just went thru the same phone matrix. Twice. After 3min and 7 seconds of button pushing still never got a human. The second time, i zeroed my way to a call back option. Even that took 1min and 15seconds. Then i read the review that says they never call back. So will see. I have over an hour drive to this branch and had 2 sinple questions that never got answered and would have taken less than a minute had a human been on the other end. These new phone systems suck. Artificial Stupidity. Very frustrating.

I have called the office several times on different days and at different times and have not been able to reach anyone. I have also left a voicemail requesting a return call but have not received one. That's not good customer service.

What a waste of time. Said they had a drop box, they did not. Said they had deposit slips, they did not. One single lady in office waiting to be waited on, all others behind closed doors. No receptionist. Great bank just not this branch. Do yourself a favor - find another branch.

Glad to have Schwab close to Westchase, but the parking lot is just a nightmare. Come on Schwab, dedicate more resources to area rather than shoehorning in a micro office in a steak and shake strip mall. Really???
