They never respond. They do not ever answer their phones. I agree with another reviewer that it is a farce. They should be investigated.

I can not comment on them. It saddens me to see so many one star reviews. In South Florida at least in Broward County and West Palm Beaches- CARD rocks!!! They helped us through all the ages and stages.

This is not as good as other state autism centers. Took 2 months for her to email me a "list" of 2 providers that might or might not even take my insurance (why did they even bother asking for it on the form?), that I already found on my own on Google maps by typing "therapy tampa" and picking 2 offices near my address. They should have a database of autism specialists in the area ready to go. They are supposed to have built these professional connections in the community for us.Total waste of college funding. A disservice to autistic people in the Bay area.

You would think that an organization of this type would employ caring empathetic individuals. Sadly, it does not. The parent support group couldn’t be less supportive and the leader is nothing short of rude. The monthly Zoom meetings for the kids are stale, dry and robotic, the leader is cold and uncaring. Trying to get help or services is a farce, that is not their goal. I believe the organization exists simply to get funded. Lots of talk of fund raising and how wonderful they are but nothing to back it up…not much in the way of support for the family or the autistic person. The reviews speak for themselves. If the organization was worth anything at all, they would be flourishing with clients. Shameful shameful shameful.

Honestly, probably the best, most caring professionals I have met in any setting related to autism. From young kiddos to adults, service across the lifespan.

I have called a few times asking for them to connect me with professionals that can help provide services for my Autistic teenage daughter. They can never provide me anything over the phone and instead thy promise e-mails with a listing of professionals, but no such emails arrive. It seems they can only provide resources for young children and act as though my teenage daughter is a lost cause because she was not diagnosed early.

All they have done for Us: sent multiple emails with multiple non working links. The fact is there is no help, no support in Tampa for Autistic kids entering adulthood. Please reply if I’m wrong. Thanks.
