Just called the company in Tampa, the lady or little girl I spoke to on the phone was rude and not helpful. I would not do business here and neither will my husbands company anymore. No stars.... However, to post you have to hit at least one.

Went in to get my ink refilled. I could hear someone talking on the phone in the back. I waited a few, no one came to the front desk or acknowledged that I was there.

Cartridge World is by far the absolute best printer company that I have dealt with and this is mostly contributed to their excellent customer service. Although their printers and printing supplies that I purchase from them are great it is them going above and beyond for me that makes all the difference and will continue to keep me as a lifelong customer. We all know how frustrating it can be if your printer or fax isn't working and all I have to do is call or text Harry and he or someone else comes to my office ASAP and gets me back on track so that I can meet my deadlines. If you are not already doing business with this company you should definitely start.
