I can not say enough good things about this body shop. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of. When I walked in, I immediately felt reassured by their professionalism and genuine care. Special thanks to Kawika!! The team took the time to walk me through every step of the repair process, keeping me informed with updates and ensuring I understood the costs involved.
Not only was the work done to perfection, but the attention to detail was unmatched. They didn’t just fix the problem; they restored my car to look even better than before, going the extra mile to polish and clean it inside and out. It was clear that they took pride in their work and truly values their customers.
When I ran into a minor issue a few days later, they handled it promptly and even offered a complimentary service, which is rare to find these days. The men here are phenomenal! I had a roadside emergency and drove in without any expectations just needing some help, and they were so eager to help me fix the issue with my skid plate! I was there for the only 20 minutes. Isaiah was a great people person and Kawika had great customer service skills. Super professional and clean waiting room. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an easy going, direct experience regarding body shop repair and work.

Isaiah and Kawika my heroes when it comes to car repair. I’ve brought multiple cars to them and recommend them to all my friends and anyone who needs repairs. They are trustworthy professionals and very reasonably priced. They coordinate what you need and repair your car in a timely fashion.

Very disappointed in this location. Went in to see if they could honor another carsmestics lifetime warranty luckily I had the original receipt. They made a copy of it and told me they'd call me within an hour and I never got a call back. Additionally when I mentioned that I was told carsmestics warranty can be honored at different locations I was told that is not true.
I was not impressed with the customer service
They showed no interest in honoring the carsmestics warranty
They failed to call me
They could have given me a quote for the repair I needed.

We had our quarter panel on our Chevy Equinox repaired and we couldn’t be happier with the professional service we received. The price was great, and Kawika and Michael couldn’t have been better to work with during the whole process. Kawika helped get us into an Enterprise rental car while our car was being done. His kindness and willingness to help is so outstanding today. I can’t say enough good things about him and this business. We were hesitant traveling to Tampa from Spring Hill but we are so happy we did. You will not be sorry.

I called for some historical information & mentioned I needed the info that day but John had already left the store. I said okay, I'll call back tomorrow if I cant find it. Less than 30 minutes later he called me back because he drove back to the store so he could help me. I couldn't believe that for starters. Well he couldn't find the information because we figured out that I had called the wrong location. Doublewhammy & I felt terrible but he wasn't even upset at all... not even a hint of attitude & even told me be blessed. I didn't use this particular location but John was sooo unbelievably nice, I had to write this review. Thank you John, that made a difference in my day :)

My bumper was scratched by another car in a parking lot, brought it in the next day without calling ahead and these guys sanded and repainted the whole rear bumper in 2 days. It looks perfect, I’m relieved it went so easy. Price was reasonable, I am very happy to know a place like this is close by in case something like this ever happens again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I worked with Michael and Kawika and they made the repair of my car so easy and affordable. It really felt like concierge care! They helped me with my Enterprise car rental, worked with my schedule, gave me a very fair price, got the car done AHEAD of their estimated completion time, and were so nice and communicative throughout the process. I highly, highly recommend!

We bought a new Genesis GV70 in February, and within a week, someone opened their car door into it, leaving a ding. Fortunately, it didn't break the paint. It really bothered us, so we decided to go to Carsmetics to see if the dent could be fixed and what the cost would be. From the first interaction with Mike, he proved to be non-pressure and he assured us the dent could be removed completely in one day. Everyone we dealt with was great, very personable and gave us confidence they'd do a good job. The price was, at least to us, very reasonable. We thought about it and called to make the appointment to have the dent removed. This morning, we dropped off the car and they said it would likely take until 5 PM. They called a little past 2 to say the dent was gone completely and the car was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, it was parked up front and by golly, the dent was completely gone, as if it had never been there. This experience with Carsmetics couldn't have been more professional and excellent in every way. Thank you Carsmetics for providing honest, quality and perfect service for our Genesis GV70. We'll without reservation recommend you highly!
