Where is the place? They show a video of somebody driving into a Shell gas station parking lot and it appears to drive right by a drive-in car wash. Then a picture of just the car wash, and then some tarp/tent to the side of it that says car wash.
Google and their address actually indicates their detailing facility is the drive-through car wash. So what is it, the tent the car wash the parking lot or what? And then they just show the tarp calling this a car wash. I support small businesses, but isn’t this even a business. There are no people, shown no work being done that I can see and of course no examples of what they do either in photos or in their description. The person, if they exist, that is trying to make a working occupation you need to get some help from somebody who is in the field and knows how to use a camera to at least take pictures of your work and decide is your facility the gasoline station or the tent.
And I have driven by and why I’ve seen as no clarity to the business either

Carlos was easy to reach by text and came to our location as promised. Our car was heavily soiled due to smoking and he did an excellent job cleaning it up in about an hour with one more of his employees. The car is sparkling clean and you can not even tell that it was smoked before.Services: Seat shampooing

Carlos did a great job with my sedan. I got the super exterior package and went for the superior ceramic finish (also had basic [regular wax] and advance [acrylic] for lower prices). He quotes prices through text which is great.He came out to my house which made the whole process quite easy. Setting up a day and time through text worked well.Hopefully my car will stay nice and protected thanks to Carlos!

Stood me up twice when made an apt. Didn't show up twice AFTER MAKING TWO APT WITH ME! That is very unprofessional..did not even call or apologize. I hope your business fails you POS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, he did the same with my friend as well. Don't use him. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Carlos is an absolutely, incredible, professional, skilled, and kind automobile detailing specialist! I care deeply about keeping my environments clean and tidy, especially my car! Carlos was great! The pollen is crazy this time of year and my silver car was starting to look a little green. The wash and wax has it looking amazing and even feels amazing! Would recommend for any detailing needs someone has.
