The doctor who prescribed my HRT suggested I get the prescriptions filled here and I'm so glad she did. I'd never used a compounding pharmacy before, so I was a bit hesitant and didn't know what to expect. The staff were all extremely friendly and patient. My medications were ready quickly and I'm impressed by the quality and ease of use of the dispensers (these particular meds are gels/creams). They provided very clear written directions and the containers were well labeled. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they proactively provided a universal claim form that I can submit to my insurance. (They don't process insurance claims which is understandable - they'd probably have to devote two people full time if they did). The prices were extremely reasonable - I'd used an online service (Winona) previously and these prescriptions cost me about 35% less. They will also ship for free. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Pharm Tech was off-putting to put it lightly. She refused to let me ask about a medication with the pharmacists directly. She even said she knows Pharmacology and went on explaining why they cant fill it. I ask if she was the pharmacist at this point, as I was confused with her candor and inaccurate information. After explaining that I meant no disrespect for requesting the Pharmacist she denied my request repeatedly . They may be good at "compounding" but their bedside manner are feeble and immature. Heck the Pharmacist was pushing her views towards the medication , like I just wanted my script not a dissertation. That said she was very respectful.

Had a severe throat issue from the emergency room that needed fast relief . They do not let you get the medicine unless you prepay first . After I prepay they told me that I needed 1 hour after I pay to be able to purchase this . So this pharmacy is more worried about profit than an emergency room patient . So after I paid (IN AGONY) they still made me sit in a parking lot 1 HOUR so that I could get some relief . Not a very compassion driven business . They could have made an acception for emergency room patients but they don't. They seemed very stoned faced without any compassion or concern for a patient in pain . Not very friendly employees either . what So ever . I was in SEVERE pain and had to fill out papers and wait 1 hour .

I SO hate writing bad reviews but feel I must let people know about my experience here. Been a customer here for years and the staff, with the exception of Dana, has been great.There have been issues over the years of delayed meds due to miscommunications, etc but just minor things with the exception of this week.My medication was mailed by some "new system error". Upon trying to explain this to Dana, I got no apology and just Dana being frustrated that they've changed over from USPS to UPS. I can't remember trying to explain an error caused by a business I pay money to and being met with such hostility.They did agree to re-make my meds but required me to bring them back in. No problem, except UPS failed to deliver. So I was told I'd be charged again till the meds UPS lost were received.Got it. You guys make a mistake and want customer to track down/pick up meds that were never delivered to me that I never requested to be mailed in Florida 100 degree weather.Bottom line....just don't make Dana mad and all will be well. The rest of the staff is wonderful. What a shame.....

Been using this pharmacy for years till this week. Tried calling to let them know I never requested they mail my meds (in Florida 100 degree heat, no less) and was met with no apologies and a very rude, frustrated employee. They did offer to re-do my meds on a rush order but I would be charged till I brought in the meds that they mistakenly mailed, which, UPS failed to deliver to me.So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy.I'm the customer, right? They should've just contacted UPS and dealt with them and left me out of it. I was going to pick them up, just to be nice, till I contacted the owner, Dan. I asked that he please make sure the employee that was so mad that I contacted her about the shipping error, not tamper with my meds.He was so offended, he pretty much hung up on me. Lol

I was in the compound center for a problem with my Achilles’ tendon and the woman at the front desk was the most compassionate, kind and friendly customer service representative I have dealt with in a very long time. Jennifer made suggestions and made me feel like I was the most important person to her. Although I didn’t buy a lot , she closed our conversation with something about staying well and always being available along with everyone at the pharmacy for questions. That’s how you keep your customers. What a professional.

My liquid Rx was shipped to my home but arrived having leaked about 1/4 of the bottle's contents. In trying to call pharmacy, found it very difficult to get them on the phone; finally gave up after several attempts over two days and called in as doctor's office, which worked the first time but not the second. Apparently, even doctors have trouble making contact. Also, very pricey in my opinion.

Don’t waste your time with this compounding the pharmacy. They charge almost $100 more than any other compounding pharmacy in the Tampa Bay area. When I tried to address the cost or the fact that I was told by another compounding pharmacy (that will no longer be doing compounds), that they would honor their pricing, they become argumentative. I am happy to take my business elsewhere. The first impression is the most lasting. ♂️

I recently had to get a specialty compounded medication from Carrollwood's Compounding Pharmacy and my experience has been outstanding. I had many questions and Andrew politely and patiently answered all of them for me. He has been wonderful! Customer service has been great. I hardly had any wait on the phone. The entire procedure to get the medication to me has been as promised and very professional. Thank you!! Great service!!!
