I was lucky to find this lot because I was roped in a previous deal that was horrible and all the advice that was given was park it and start over taking another hit to my credit. Bob was helpful and the only lot willing to take a risk on trading in my previous vehicle and for a great price. Here is where my experience gets bad, He first promised a 3 year warranty that he never paid for and it got cancelled on me the next month, next he traded in the car, got the title and somehow I am still left to pay the balance on the car I traded 6 months ago, when I called about this the new finance agency can see where I traded the car in, but for some reason my account was transferred with a balance I should not have. I asked how to rectify this and they told me Bob has proof of the trade in and can just fax or email them a copy. I have been calling, emailing, and texting for someone in the office to contact me and help get this off my credit. It's been 6 months and no one has contacted me. I will be reporting this lot to the BBB, because the professionalism goes out the window once he makes the deal with you. I was pleased until this and now I almost regret even getting the car. Have all your knowledge before you make a deal with him, he's a fast talker.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We purchased a Ford expedition back in late September was given a temp tag that expired on October 17th and never received any paperwork, tag or title for the vehicle. Spoke with them and they blamed it on the DMV being behind come to find out they didn't file the paperwork for processing till December 1st !!! No one will return my calls or texts and I have yet to receive my tag or title almost a month after it was "filed". All I want is my plate and title !! I have given them one more week then I will pursue heavier action against them

I bought a audi q5 on 7/11/2023. I have still yet to receive the TITLE or TAG for this car. I have been pulled over due to driving with an expired tag. Worst part is they are still listing the car online as for sale. They don't answer the phone even when I was trying to purchase the car I couldn't get in contact. Unprofessional

This company is selling fraudulent warranties. They sold me a warranty and then never gave the warranty company the money. I’m due a refund, but the dealership won’t respond to BBB. They’ve blocked my phone number as well.

Update (9/25/23): the company has ceased all communication and will not be in their office if I tell them when I am arriving. The owners/family have a history of criminal activity that are on public record. I have not received any refunds.Update: My husband and I had to drive to Tampa to attempt to get our refund (going on two months). He again said it would be processed this week. He did not give any verification or reimbursement, and we still have not received a refund to the loan. Also, my husbands name is not Chris. That must be another upset customer.I requested a refund on my warranty. The warranty company said they never received payment for the warranty, therefore I do not have a warranty and cannot receive a refund. The dealer finally agreed to issue me a refund 3 weeks ago. My loan provider has still not received the refund, and the 60 day cancellation period is running out. I’ve been in communication with the dealer, but frequently do not hear back. I will change my review once/if this issue is resolved.Update: PWI warranties states this dealer has not paid any of their customer warranties. PWI is also out money, because they paid on 4 claims for contracts the dealer never paid for. PWI will not refund the dealer since the dealer has never appropriately transferred the money that was paid specifically for the warranty. This dealer is committing fraud.

Seems to be a 3rd party dealer or they act like it. Couldn’t see the car I wanted . Their office is always closed and cars are not at they’re location to view. Not a good place if your car shopping all day .

Shady company, the stereotypical "Used Car Salesmen" .I purchased a car from them 2 months ago, drove away feeling like I needed a shower due to how sleazy the GM is. My permanent tags never arrived so I tried emailing and calling several times, no reply or call back. It appears that on the original quote they listed registration and filing fees but on my final paperwork they pulled a bait and switch. The registration and filing had been left off. It looks like they pocketed the fees and left me without a registration. Now I have to go to DMV and pay again to have the car registered properly. Sleazy, slime-ball POS. I should have trusted my first instinct and walked away from this dealership.AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP at all costs. There are plenty of other car dealers out there that won't screw you over.

On 6/3/23, I was with my son when he purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and paid for it in full. He left with a temporary tag. After it expired he went and got a 2nd temp tag from the dealership (which has also expired). About 3 weeks ago, he went in to drop off over $2,200 in repair receipts he had spent on the car for their "Complimentary 3 month Warranty" which they made copies of. On 8/16/23 and 8/24/23 he stopped by the dealership. It was all locked up and there were no cars there. He has called repeatedly, and I've called/texted/emailed them as well- THEY DO NOT RESPOND! To date he has not received his 1) Title 2) Florida License Plate or 3) restitution on the $2,200+ in repair bills he paid on this car. I called the FL DMV on 8/24/23, and found that the Title on the car has not been changed, so this dealership took the money, but hasn't even processed the paperwork require -and it's been almost 3 months!!!!

So my wife bought a car from here, she also bought a warranty for the car and has all the documentation for it. However they just took the extra money for the warranty and pocketed the money! I’m now in the process of getting a lawyer and coming for there company. I called the place for the warranty and they told me they have no record for the warranty and that this dealership has never turned in no warranty paperwork at all. It’s no telling how many people they have done this too. Check your warranty folks.

Please beware of this place! My 17 year old son worked for a year to save up for his first car. He paid cash in full and was so excited and proud. We, like idiots, advised him to buy their warranty. 40 days later we still have no tags or title! They gave us a 2nd 30 day tag 3 days ago and lied to my husband that the Pinellas County Tax office was backed up and was taking 45 days. We called their office and they said they were not backed up and there is a 3 day turnaround! They advised us to report them to the Bureau for Dealer Services (which I have started the process for).This dealership told us we could cancel the warranty at anytime so after reading the reviews about a bogus warranty and having trouble getting the tags and title, we requested it be canceled and our money refunded. After my husband personally drove up there and called today from an unknown number they wouldn’t avoid, the salesman said he canceled it. He further stated that it takes 3-4 weeks for our refund but refuses to provide proof of cancelation (no we never received an email!) This place is very dishonest and we are going to be forced to report them and hire an attorney if not solved immediately! Maybe they will respond on here since they are giving false responses to all these other poor people!Update: Response to response below: We paid for the car in full upon purchase 6/8/23. We will not be unwinding anything. You will be held responsible for not submitting paperwork within 30 days to the DMV thereby withholding our title and tags. You must supply us with this and refund fake warranty fees immediately. You can refer any further contact to the Bureau for Dealer Services or provide us with what you lawfully should. If you did not have legal rights to sell us this car or there is some problem with the submitting paperwork to the DMV, again refer to the Bureau for Dealer Services. Thank you!

So last Saturday I brought my girlfriend and her aunt to this dealership to get a new car they were able to close the deal within price range and on budget of what they wanted to and the car it has been great I've had it at certified Ford dealership and they have gone through it and the cars and impeccable shape now I only have a few issues in regards to the dealership and one of them being that we called ahead to make an appointment they knew what car we were coming to look at and while we were going to the paperwork they could have taken the vehicle off and detailed it they did not I went through the vehicle and found McDonald's french fries in between the tracks at the seat in the center console I had the car cleaned and everything's okay I understand things like that are forgotten through the process my only other issue I had is there was a lady in the dealership who had a dog with her and my three-year-old daughter was with us and of course kids they want to see the dogs and my daughter asked if she could pet the dog and was told no because the dog was aggressive if you're running a business and you have people that are going to bring their children in and you have a dog I don't think it's a good idea to have a dog that is aggressive towards people and or children there it's just not professional in my opinion other than that everything has been good and a good experience with the dealership

Drove over a hour to look at a car. We called and a lady said that they will be there until 6. We arrived and no one was inside, door locked. Called the number and their phone service answered and said they had no notification on why they should be closed. I waited approximately 15 mins and left..... Be cautious before wasting trip just to show up and they aren't there...
