I wanted to recommend this business for the clean work they had done on my vehicle. After bringing my vehicle to Charlie the car turned out better than it did when I first bought it used. Kim was great with keeping me updated on potential delays and additional work needed. All in all, good experience working with them.

Great customer service. They did a great job repairing a cosmetic dent at a very affordable price compared to the maker dealership. Staff had my car ready in a week and when I asked for a little more TLC, they addressed my concern quickly. Not only that, but during the hurricane, they took my car into the shop for shelter. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I came here because of the great reviews. They must delete the bad ones. Even if the price is cheaper, it'll cost you extra when your car is not returned in the same condition you left it. My dash screen is now broken with dirty white fingerprints all over it. With my dad on the phone, I asked to speak with a manager, the man and woman said there wasn't one and they were the owners. Immediately the man's aggressive demeanor and tone made me uncomfortable. The man started to scream at me, so my dad (still on the phone) told me I needed to get out of there. He continued to scream at me as he followed me to my car. As an ALONE nonconfrontational young woman I'm in disbelief at how escalated the man became from simply mentioning the crack. I can see why only the woman handles business and they hid the mechanic in the back. I'm APPAULED that this is how they treat their customers after spending almost a grand for them to fix a dent. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not worth saving a couple hundred because they're cheaper. Hoping this saves someone from this nightmare.

My daughter goes to school at Tampa and swiped the side of her car pretty good. The back door wouldn’t close. I went on google and called a few places. I knew I had the correct place to send my daughter after speaking to Kim. My daughter went there and they fixed the door on the spot. I was in New York this whole time and worried that another shop would try and rip her off. It was the opposite. They helped her out and made our day. Can’t thank Cardinal collision enough. I recently worked with Charlie and their staff to resolve some damage to the hood of my 4Runner. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nowadays, it’s hard to find any business that still practices superior customer service, but Cardinal does just that. It’s easy to see why they have been in business for 40 years. I will only use them in the future and will refer any friends and family to them as well, I am so thankful for the way they treated me!
