“I went to the LäDerach store at International plaza in Tampa. As I left the store I chatted with the manager. We agreed that Florentine was the best “flavor”. The manager said he preferred the milk chocolate. I had not noticed there was milk chocolate available and I purchased 1/4 lb of the dark chocolate. The manager told me I could exchange it, but I told him l had already started eating what I purchased (which I had). The manager ran into the store and brought out an entire 1.8 lb box of Florentine milk chocolate and gave it to me! I was shocked and he insisted it was mine. I am still in shock as I write this. Unbelievable - customer service at its best! And the chocolate is absolutely amazing!!! If you have a chance - buy it. You will not be disappointed.”
“Great experience! Accidentally paid double on two separate apps and I was refunded immediately when I contacted the company. That’s integrity and a great find in a business!”
“Very nice old fashioned candy store. It brings back memories of the 70's and the 80's. My favorite candies are sour gummies and chocolate covered raisins (it is as big as my thumb). I can't find that size at Walmart or Dollar store. It is a little pricy, however, I can mix and match my candies...very good for movie nights or any nights. Customer service is a hit and miss. In general, I like the nostalgic candy store.”

“I saw this store at the Tampa International airport and I love it. It looks like a great place to carry the freeze dried candy that my company AI Freeze Dried makes.”
“This place is fantastic I only have one bit of advice I wish they could have a little bit more of a selection of Scottish dishes I have been living in the U.S now for many many years so it’s nice to have a touch of home in the Tampa Bay Area but if they could do more Scottish foods and snacks it would be great from a fellow Brit”
