I would give them a zero if I could.This is my second go around with this awful company!I listed a property. Buyer came and all was going fine. I followed up every week and was always told "all is fine" and we were a day out from closing, all docs were sent out, settlement statements were sent out and closing was scheduled. Lender states at noon the day before that the buyers now cannot get the loan! This happened to another one of my buyers 4 years ago the DAY OF CLOSING!! I was shocked to see them still in business and if I ever encounter another realtor using them for their client's, I will tell them to run as fast as they can, AWAY from this awful company. They are playing with people's lives here. Movers hired, insurance cancelled, utilities stopped and started. HORRIBLE experience. I would say horrible customer service, but they failed to provide the intended service. If you have any sense, please do not jeopardize your client's with this incompetent lender. I also do not say these things lightly. I have worked in this industry for 19 years and this is absolutely unacceptable! Lender below. Ana is a consummate professional, she stays on top of everything and communicates with the customer which takes off the stressful part of the home buying process. What made our experience great is the customer service that is provided. When we had a question it was answered quickly, honestly and most importantly, accurately. If the answer was unclear they worked with you and reviewed the document or specific line item in the document to answer the question as best they can. We never felt like there was any gray area. If we felt there was, they cleared that gray area with information in simpler terms so you can understand it. I complained a number of times about the process and they were patient, understanding and empathetic to our situations. We never felt like we were bothering them. They always made us feel comfortable and eased any worry that came up. Todd Deckert and his team are the very best in the industry. By far, bar none.

We have done 3 transactions with Caliber.Every time is smooth, quick, seamless, and stress free.One time, I called Caliber to do a cash out refinance and I had money in less than a month.Great company! Very intimate service. They dont push anything, you tell them what you need and they get it done. You dont even need to leave your house!

After the initial consultation and once it was agreed that I qualified for a certain program, Michael was able to process my application and provided me with outstanding customer service. His communication with me was always professional and informative. Michael kept me up to date on the processing of my loan and any additional information needed to move forward.
