I was scammed out of my money. I’m pursing legal issues against them. The emotional distress they have caused for me the past month is insane. The manager Fernando pretty much got me in a deal which basically I had to pay more for a down payment after I had drove the off the lot with paying 7k. Was brought back I told him that the money he was asking for I had put that to the side for car payments and basically he told me I couldn’t get my refund back when I clearly can get my 7k back if I didn’t want to continue the new deal. Instead I had no choice but to sign the new paperwork. I signed it he left me no other choice I failed to come up with the other 1500 he repoed the vehicle and charged me 4k to recover my vehicle . The amount of stress I been under without my car is ridiculous when I paid all the cash to him . Worked hard for that money to be screws at the end of the day. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Legal issues will be pursued against the company simple because of the distress and the way the robbed me. I wouldn’t recommend

Wanted a ten thousand dollar down payment like that's really reasonable Susan and Fernando terrible only wanted to communicate thru text messages but everyone is approved Smh. I can go get a brand new zero mile vehicle for 100000 do better c&j auto sales
