Since changing the name they seem to have dropped all dressy clothing, at least at this store. Decent assortment of more casual stuff.

Good stuff and good prices. They always on have one cashier on… Last time what looked like the manager just looked on at the and said meh not my problem… Morale of the story. only go if you have plenty of time to stand in line.

They have good clothing options for good prices. For kids and adults too! Also babies I am pretty sure.

The store was in total chaos. Clothing was not sized and items were on the floor. All other sections of the store were in a similar state. Some aisles were impassable because so much merchandise was left on the floor. This location is very poorly maintained. I left without buying anything.

This store was very clean and organized but that's an old story, not anymore. It's a mess everywhere you look, so disappointing.

I don't know if it's just this location or all locations are like this but every staff member, other than the greeter, is miserable! No customer service at all. They're borderline rude. And, they only like to speak and engage with their co-workers.And, let's not mention the store... I don't know who goes into this store to make such a mess but it's like impossible to find anything, and seems like it's months and months of build-up that is never sorted or organized.

This is a fairly new location in Tampa. I usually go to the one on Dale Mabry. After a long day on December 30th, 2022 my sister and I walked into this new one - because online the hours were listed as closing at 11:30pm. We walked in at 10:50pm. As soon as we walked in, the girl with the short hair that was on duty that night, was extremely rude. “WE CLOSE IN 10 MINUTES”! As soon as we stepped foot inside the door. We told her that we thought that the hours were until 11:30 because that’s what Friday hours are listed as online. Simple mistake. And instead of representing a new location in a professional manner, she replied with “I DONT CONTROL THE WEBSITE”. Like what are you talking about? A simple “Sorry for the confusion guys. Come back tomorrow. I’ll tell my supervisor about the online Hours not matching the hours ON the door”. Any other reply besides a nasty one as soon as we innocently had walked in- would’ve been acceptable. After an obvious exchange of words- we walked out. The girl with the short, orange/brown looking thin hair couldn’t even wish us a good night when we walked out. She didn’t even look our way when we walked out after her rude, unnecessary banter!!! Life is too short and some people were just trying to shop for their family’s clothes the day before new year’s Eve. That’s not what we walked in for. Needless to say I won’t go into that location again. Needless to say- if you’re going to take a job in retail- learn how to be a “people” person as that’s 80% of your daily job. And honestly- for a new store - that was a very bad impression!!!! The next time that you’re triggered to come out nasty to someone who didn’t do anything to you personally- be mindful of what that person might be going through….. I walked into Citi Trends the next day and the staff was nice and welcoming - as a clothing store should be

Kind of a messy store, not impressed. The prices are a bit high as well. You might as well go to a regular Department store. Not impressed ?

The only thing these stores lack is a wheelchair or two for those in need of one to shop. I stood in my vehicle the first time I went to take my daughter. This store here in Tampa also had no wheelchair but the store next door Michael's had one so I borrowed it to shop at this store.? I went shopping for Christmas gifts for a teen.

You know what you are getting into when you walk into a Burlington. It's a place poor folk go to, so there you have it.
