I called looking for a particularly hard to find product. They had it and off I zoomed. Yeah, it's in a weird location but they had want I wanted. I walked in and the clerk has no idea what I was talking about. Walking behind me was a recent hire to the store. He was who I talked to in the phone. It's my negligence that I forgot his name. But he went out of his way to get me that bottle as it was marked do not sell. He called the owner for me! He went out of his way to give me great service. I don't drink. This was a gift. But I'll find reason to return and make other purchases. Good form you guys.And just to add; I called many, more than 15 liquor stores to find this bottle. Every store, every team member I talked to whether owner or not was beyond pleasant. All were cordial and friendly. All gave me their time to check or conversation.
