I was very impressed with the service at Brazzeal. The entire process was efficient and modern which is a game changer. When you drop off your car, they check it over and provide a text message link with pictures and descriptions of recommendations for service that you can either approve or decline. This is very helpful so that I can do my research before giving an answer. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back!

I dropped my vehicle off for an air-conditioning service/diagnostic. They were able to get to it quickly, diagnose the issue quickly, and stay in contact with me the whole time. They were even able to text me and send photos of the work necessary. Somewhere along the way there was a mistake/miscommunication which caused some slight problems. However, the guys were accommodating and quickly made it right. I was very happy with my service and I will be back next time. I feel safe, comfortable, and trusting of this shop to do my work in the future

These guys were very efficient, friendly, accommodating, and have a good system for servicing my truck. They provided pictures of their work to back up what we needed to have done and I highly recommend them.
